Great very easily accessible area for taking your mucky pup for a pampering. Takes card and costs £10. Then you select from the screen which stage you want starting with shampoo then rinse then anti flea wash conditioner then two different levels of blow dryer. Then once you remove your dog disinfect the tub. Would highly recommend using. Great value for money. Also open 24hrs.

Used this establishment just before Christmas as our washing machine had broken down. All looks good inside. Nice and clean. Dog cleaning machine looks useful. But there is major issues with small machines and terrible customer service… read on… However, upon paying for a machine wash, the machine wouldn’t show the ‘Start’ button. Waited 5-10mins and still no sign of the machine was going to work. Telephone no didn’t work, straight to message. Then used WhatsApp. Waited for a reply and eventually got one (15mins post initial issue). Semi “automated” replies then ensued and stopped. Post Christmas contacted them again and found an email from an Alan Scott in my junk email to which I replied having not used their app and had used their in-house touch screen and card payment. No response again. Next day used WhatsApp. Again automated response. Went back to the laundrette in Crow Rd to use their service again. Only to chat to not one but three people who’ve had issues re refunds and washing machines broken including one young guy who had paid for 3 machines and none worked (all small machines). As of yet I’ve still not received any refund. Avoided using their app as you have to preload with money which is less than cost of single usage. I guess it would be fine if you use this week in week out but still your money is in their pocket - not yours.

Half the machines not working at all and the other machines not spinning. No spinner machine. Dryers not always working after taking your money. No humans to speak to and unable to contact anyone at all on a Sunday. Very poor customer service. Avoid.

A very straightforward laundry experience. It wasn't too busy on the day we visited, but there was a steady stream of people coming in and out. Lots of machines and quite simple to operate. Washing machines include detergent as part of the fee. This is a card only establishment, operating from a central console for all of the machines. The store space was spotless, chairs comfortable, and sufficient table space. All in all, it was a painless experience for someone traveling through the city for a few days.

Dryers were off line. Had to take my wet laundry back home. I emailed customer support and received a response within 15 minutes. A technician was dispatched. Within half an hour customer support informed me that the dryers were up and working and then I had the high 30 dryer credit for the dryer. They also credited me for the dryer time I had paid for previously. All in all a good experience. The machines look new and the premises are kept very clean. I also inform customer care in the email that one of their washers was leaking. They took care of it within 30 minutes as well. I highly recommend this laundromat and love that it's open 24 hours a day and it accepts credit cards and provides soap for your load automatically. I also like that the washing machines are sanitized between every cycle. In the end, a nice recovery from what could have been a disaster.
