Smoky Row Cleaners

My niece spilled water on herself on the way to school. The nearby laundromat was not open yet, but Smoky Row Cleaners was nearby. I asked Mr. Joon if he was able to help and he did! Without hesitation, he directed her to the changing room and solved our problem within minutes! I also saw him interact with another customer before we left, and he was kind and efficient with him as well! When I need dry cleaning, this will be the first place that comes to mind! I came in to get a dress altered for my friend’s wedding and I have to say, the owner has done a wonderful job! The price is fair and service was done by the promised date. Would definitely recommend Smoky Row Cleaners for their service! PS they have two adorable doggos there to greet customers (if y’all have to come, come for the friendly fur bb’s)

I needed the arms of a blazer shortened and it had to be done rather quickly for a business trip. He was very professional and worked with me on timing. We are using them again for our alterations.

Bad experiences with this place. They stapled their paper tags directly into my clothes on multiple occasions which created holes in my garments. Also, I have received dress shirts back with stains on them twice. When I approach the owners, they are never apologetic and never offer to refund the cleaning or replace the garments.
