Dropped off 3 shirts the week before last and was told my items would be ready on Wednesday 5/14. When I came in to pick up my shirts after work, only two were ready. The guys asked me was it supposed to be two shirts and I was in shock. Just the week prior, they lost my polo shirt and after a long 15 minutes discovered it was incorrectly tagged with someone else's name. Here we were a week later and it seemed they'd lost another shirt. He asked me to describe it and I told him it was a blue rugby shirt with stripes. He then says they were still working on cleaning it. I waited nearly 5 minutes for them to bag it and hand it over to me. I ended up not being charged and I decided after both consecutive bad experiences, I wouldn't be returning. Only now I've come to realize, they were in that back area "working on my shirt" because they ruined my shirt. The next morning, I noticed dye or blue smudges all along two of the shirts collars. These were 1/1 vintage Ralph Lauren rugby shirts so I can't just go buy another somewhere. I’m just not understanding what they did to my shirts. Even worse, they weren’t honest about it. Out of all of my years of being serviced at dry cleaners from Texas to Delaware state I have never seen one that was so unorganized and bad quality. The guy didn't even have the decency to tell me my shirts had stains because they had to have seen it when putting them on the hangers. That had to be the reason this shirt wasn’t with my other two when I came to pick up. I did reach out to the Manager that Monday and was told the manager would call me back. I’ve heard nothing. This is truly my worst dry cleaning experience. I will provide a photo of how I bought the item and the condition it is in today.

Live in Delaware so I called and asked if they could fix a zipper drove all the way over here she said I can’t fix. I said why would you tell me you could over the phone? They said it depends on the type of zipper. I said you could’ve told me that on the phone instead of me driving for 30 minutes to get here. The zipper is fine. It’s the little thingy that zips up and down that broke off just rude.

Think again before having alterations done. I was charged 54.00 for a skirt hem work.

My wife and I flew up to Ohio for her brother‘s wedding and Mimi‘s really helped us with pressing all of our wedding attire with same-day service. We had to drop it off early in the morning but they had it back to us by 6 PM. We couldn’t have asked for better service!

Usually a 5 star place but disappointing this visit. Took a wool blanket they've cleaned for years but was told they couldn't clean it anymore because of a change in chemicals. Powell Cleaners took it without an issue.
