The Laundry Express - Fredericksburg - Wash & Fold Service

Really loved it here. The gentleman that was working was very kind and helpful. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place. Especially the women’s bathroom. The only bummer was the slot machines were turned off and can’t be played at night time. I was bummed because I drove 16 miles from home to come here to play and do laundry. With that said I really liked it here and would definitely recommend to all. Oh one last thing the music was great and the sound system was not too bad either. 😃

2/28/2025 Update stopped coming because flamingo lady's HOG UP alllll the baskets with there soaps. got annoying I get it good for laundry mat but as a customer it's annoying since I drive a hour to get here to do laundry and we also stopped because facility was looks dirty and nasty with other workers decided to give ya a try 1 MORE time and surprisingly slow for a FRIDAY and it WAS SUPER CLEAN!!!! SO HAPPY Mrs.Cherian is BACK she keeps it clean !!!!! I will be back Thank you for bringing her back p.s sorry if I miss spelled your name cherian. 12/17/2023 Cherian is a AMAZING worker or owner not sure but EVERY TIME SHE IS Working usually in morning its always CLEAN !!! Including restroom always smells good my wife and I will drive 1hr and a half out of our way to go to only this location in the mornings because of cherian I personally don't know her but being a business owner I know she is a bad azz worker , as for at night I won't deduct stars but at night I absolutely hate it the worker is to busy being Getto talking ALOT to a bunch of I thought homeless people creating bad crowd we felt so uncomfortable and it's super disgusting in the restroom and facilitie but that's okay we will stick to mornings. Love this location machines always working and have LOTS OF BIG BIG BIG machines. 2/21/23 10pm +(*) 9 out 10 on cleanieness Very nice. +(***) Super Affordable machines HUGE WASHING machine $7.75 25mins And HUGE DRYER $2 28mins Dryer. I was a lot BIG LOADS so that was important to me. +(*) lots of cool Games keep busy for partner or kids lol Coin dozer game , vending machine -(*) Customer Service wasn't super friendly but was rude But seeing reviews I'm sure its stressful. If I Need assistance for this service I probably take off a star but I'm doing this by my self so I was happy some one was at least there keeps the facility maintained. From pearsall tx but this will definitely be my go to laundry mat , thank you for keeping it Affordable.

The guy that works at night is so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean when he's there but sorry to say but the girl during the day is rude and lazy. She has long curly hair I believe. I asked if she could open the restroom and she rolled her eyes. Finally got up after making me wait which seemed like forever when you have to pee. I told her sorry for bothering you she was playing with her phone. She never looks up from her phone. But the guy at night is so attentive and nice. She should be reprimanded, j/s

When I come to do my laundry sharon is always the best to help people out. She's very courteous very kind, she keeps the laundry Mat very clean and attends to people with their needs by far the best employee that I know of she deserves a big raise.

I was out of town and needed to do laundry and it was late at night and I found this place that was open 24 hours a day. It’s very clean very safe. I would recommend using it at any time if ever needed.
