J B Laundry & Dry Cleaning

Went in to pick up because the lady said after 5pm. It wasn’t she thought it was funny because we asked why it was ready it was about to be 5:30. She said we had to wait for it to be delivered to them.

The only reason I gave JB cleaners 4 stars is because of Karla's excellent customer service. She greets everyone with a smile when they walk in and if she is helping someone she acknowleges your prescence and says she will by right with you. She is the only reason I have continued to be a customer of JB cleaners. I cannot give JB cleaners a 5 star rating because there have been issues with my shirts, broken buttons, buttons that looked like they have been grinded and there have been white stains on my shirts that appear to be dried up starch or detergent. I'm still on the fence about continuing to patronize JB cleaners if it were not for Karla I would have been long gone.

This place is not only really good prices for dry cleaning service, but has the greatest customer service in store and at cleaning site! I took in my sons ROTC uniform and I knew one button was broken and another missing and they replace both buttons with out me asking. I didn’t even know they could do this! I was so amazed and beyond grateful for the who ever did this!! One less thing this working mom has to deal with. I will definitely always be back. This really shows that this company takes care of their customers and see a need when needed. They could have just done there basic job but the went above and beyond to exceed, thank you to whom ever did me this huge favor, God bless you!! My clothes were taken in on Thursday 10/17/24 after 5:30 pm and I got them back Friday 10/18/24 at 5:30pm. Fast, Friendly , Reliable Amazing service!!

Service was ok could of been better with a greeting when entering building but the work that was done to my clothes was really bad all stained up and i payed for clean and iron and starched pants brand new pants have the prints of the machines and shirts are all stained up od starch bad work dont waiste your time coming here

Horrible service I took in clothes on Friday at 2 and told clothes would be ready on Monday afternoon and weren’t ready. I needed clothes for my Mother’s funeral Tuesday now my clothes weren’t ready. The lady at counter didn’t care said that I would have to go to there main laundry center to pick up clothes. Now I have to have to go to a buy new clothes bc I don’t have time tomorrow Tuesday to wait until 5 bc I will at the funeral And burial next day. Service sucks here. How many day you need to just press 5 pieces of clothes and charge $25.
