Kraft Professional Cleaners

Very friendly and kind staff. That goes a long way with me! My suit jacket was perfect! I was excited to see it refreshed. I was bummed about my dress though, because I received it back with loose threads coming out. I don’t want to write off Kraft yet though, so I’ll update after my next trip!

Nice atmosphere, nice workers and close to where I live. The only I can say it’s a bit pricey! I dropped off 2 items to get pressed and when I called to see if it was ready I asked how much it would cost! It made my jaw dropped to hear the price for just 2 items. Other then that I have nothing but good things to say

First time I went everything was fine clothes was so fresh and ironed really good then after that it was super horrible I told one older gentleman with glasses he said he'll make sure it was done right and it wasn't then I told a young kid then the owner. so today I went to pick up my clothes today because I have a meeting and guess what my suit jacket has all this little fuzz on it literally looks dirty my pants have double lines AGAIN! And mind you this isn't the first time. They always say bring it back if it has a double line ... yeah sure I'll drive across town because you mess up every time and mind you it came out to 60$ I don't mind paying it if the clothes comes out good but it's horrible I was going to call but for what this will be my last time going. So trust me don't go the only person there with a good attitude there is the owner i can give him that but I just hope you tell your workers to do a better job.

I am so disheartened to write this because they do great work. However, the woman who works at this establishment is INCREDIBLY RUDE. My boyfriend unknowingly walked in just before closing time, and she told him to “hurry up” because they were trying to close for the day. I have been a patron for years, and I’m really sad that I need to now look for a new cleaners.

I've been coming here for over 20 years and I've never been disappointed. Always friendly and always courteous. The best in town for any kind of stain removal!
