Comet Cleaners and Laundry San Antonio

I don’t often go to Comet but the times I’ve gone to clean my comforter or get my husband’s wedding vest pressed has been fantastic. This last time was all exceptional to say the least. Starting with the smiling faces right when I walked in. I picked up a bridesmaid dress I needed pressed and they delivered more than I expected! Putting it in a zip up bag and all, really making it useful for my traveling arrangements for the occasion. All the attendants, Margie, Norma and Maddie were so excited to see how happy and satisfied I was with the attention I had received! I just wasn’t expecting this level of service and accommodation for such a simple piece.

It was my first time using Comet Cleaners Alamo ranch, I have to say they did an amazing job with my daughter’s Prom dress! We took the dress due to being overly wrinkled & we were really impressed with the outcome. I have to say Margie made us feel really welcomed, love her energy, she’s very knowledgeable and knew just what we needed. She has great customer service. Jessica, Shelly and Norma were very sweet and helpful as well. I will definitely be using their services again. I highly recommend Comet Cleaners Alamo ranch!

Customer service is great; always friendly and helpful. Up until today, I have never had issues with any garments turned in prior to tonight. I picked up multiple garments and one shirt that was dry cleaned had little fuzzies or lint all over the back and half the front. This is unusual and the lint was easily removed. No harm just an annoyance and glad I caught it before wearing it out. I still highly recommend Comet Cleaners.
