Comet Cleaners and Laundry San Antonio

I originally came here and had to leave to get cash because the card machine was down. It would’ve been helpful if there was a sign on the door or window so customers knew that before walking in. Unfortunately, I had to return to pick up clothes I had already dropped off, and I left even more disappointed. One of the items was a delicate dress, and they used safety pins through the fabric to hang it. Now there are visible holes and indentations. I expected better care from a professional cleaner. I won’t be back.

I was looking for a cleaners closer to my home. This was the first time I used Comet Cleaners & Laundry. The employees were very friendly and receptive. Although I was new, being processed into their system was fast. My item was to be ready for the following day after 6 PM. I waited an extra day to pick it up but it was not there. They said that it should be there after 6PM that day & they would text me when it arrived. I received a text like they said and I picked up my item. They were apologetic for the delay and offered me free service for my item. I really appreciate them and their business approach to keep the customer happy! I will be using them regularly now and sending them referrals!

Excellent service! I had several tablecloths that needed to be pressed for our daughter’s wedding. From my first call to them until we picked them up, each person was very polite, helpful and the tablecloths looked great.

Comet Cleaners in Helotes has been my go-to cleaners for a very long time. Margie S. was wonderful recently in helping the cost of dry cleaning comforters and giving me an estimate when I can retrieve them. She was cheerful as well as her co-hart. They both make for cheerful smile while I was there. Thank You!
