What's more, she sends a text hours before to let me know everything is ready to pickup. I had 16 articles of clothes for dry cleaning. Two of the items came back with excessive wrinkles. I believe the items were washed and not dry cleaned. I been using this dry cleaners which is over 20 miles from my home since 2012. This is the 3-4th times I had an item ruined or disappointed with the services since there was a changed in ownership. The items are made of delicate materials. I purchased the items at Dillards with brand name Bryan Walker which sells for $245-$295.

Mending my mistake. I wrote a review a few months back about not receiving the coupon specials through email though the lady at Five Star Cleaners tried subscribing me several times to their specials. After a few months, we find out I had unsubscribed from their website. I had forgotten I unsubscribed because I was moving out of the area years back. But since I now work across the street from them it became convenient again. Annette was very helpful, she spoke to the person in charge of their website, and always tried to find out how to get me connected to their specials.

I dropped off an old jacket that I used to wear in High School 50 years ago and was worried that due to its age it might fall apart if handled wrong. When I picked up the jacket it looks amazing! It will be sent to my Alma Mater to be placed in the Nostalgia Showcase of times past! I can't wait to receive a picture once it is on display! Even the patches on the sleeve look like brand new. Thank you 5 Star Cleaners for doing such a fantastic job for a reasonable price!
