Great service, super fast turn around. Do not bring clothes with dog or cat hair on them! Make sure you lint roll the clothes yourself before you go (if your kids threw their uniforms on the floor and you have pets.) Super expensive for them to do every piece. It's only happened once. Never again!

These folks do a nice job. I like it that they give you a receipt when you drop off. And their service is quick, usually the next day. But those prices!!! Sometimes I can’t believe my bill. Making fewer trips to the cleaners for sure!

Customer service is up and down, depending on who’s there to greet you. The vibe is not very welcoming at times. Prices for a few pair of shirts and pants are way too EXPENSIVE. Asian lady has an attitude as if she doesn’t want to provide services. Get her out of there especially after spending $60-$70. I guess my time and money doesn’t mean a damn thing.

We took in a large (for us) order of suits/professional clothes for dry cleaning. When I got the order home, I discovered that my new white suit jacket was decidedly off-white. Yikes! I took the jacket back the next day, explained the difference & the friendly team at the Schertz/3009 location immediately volunteered to make things right. I picked up my jacket today & it is in perfect condition! Thank you for empowering your team to take care of issues - and for the great job restoring the jacket color (plus all the other items from the original order - it all looks great).

Tried this location after the other Dutch Boy location said I missed their dropoff time and would have to wait approximately 48 hours for pick up. THIS location said it would be ready the next day, and it was!! Shout out to the incredibly kind people behind the desk too. -a refreshing change from today’s norm.
