U Save Cleaners

What a joke. I took a uniform there to get dry cleaned. It was new and this was the second time being cleaned. The stripes on the sleeves were a whole 2.5 inches off from where they should be and the pants were an inch off when they pressed them. The whole day I had on pants leg creased in towards my crotch. I took them back after work and first he gave me a hard time because I took the tags off. I said I had to work and didn’t have a choice. I took pictures, re-pressed the shirt and went to work. Then after arguing with me he finally agreed to correct them. He kept blaming it on the previous crease and maybe the pants being manufactured wrong. All crazy because when I dropped them both off the creases were perfect. Also, how does that explain the shirt? I checked the stripes and they couldn’t have been sewn on any more perfect. It was clearly somebody having a bad day and being sloppy. Anyway, got the pants back and of course they are double creased. Not even worth going back and arguing with him. $80 wasted and now I need to go buy new pants again. Avoid the place that if you respect the uniform.

Wonderful people, I had an emotional emergency and they took care of my clothes without any questions. We used to use French cleaners in UC but they are terrible now. U Save Cleaners is the only place we go to for expert cleaners and expert service!

SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE. My mother went to have a jean jacket pressed. When she received her jacket after the service nothing was done. The woman on staff said they can redo the service for her but couldn’t give her refund and would have to pay AGAIN to redo the service. The woman explained to her she would have to ask owner the morning for a refund. My Mother paid again, and waited to ask for her refund. When she returned for the second time the jacket was, once again, not pressed and the owner refused to refund any of her money. The woman on staff apologized and said “I would have refunded your money but the owner won’t let me” I feel bad for the staff, they were kind and helpful but the owner is a dishonorable business owner. It is just bad business to not take accountability for mistakes that we’re made. Don’t waste your time or money, you will not get what you pay for.

I used this cleaners several times in the past. Had a few items dropped off but once i picked up and got home; shirts were not were not starched and intact very wrinkled. My suit coat had wrinkles pressed into them creating little "wave like" wrinkles on the front. And nothing smells clean! I can't get the wrinkles out of the jacket and I need it for a funeral in the morning. It appears they startched the wrinkles into my jacket. Pants also wrinkled! All other items wrinkled.. smh... Imaybe they are under staffed or under trained but come on man!

I had a sudden death in the family and had to buy a pair of pants and a shirt. I ran into the store not knowing if they’d be able to have them ready first thing Monday morning (today being Saturday). I explained my situation to Tony and he was extremely understanding and helpful. He assured me that despite the lack of time he’d have me ready first thing Monday. This may seem like no big deal but I do appreciate his willingness to help and understanding of my urgent situation. With my mom passing away this simple act is a huge deal given the circumstances.
