PKS Cleaners & Alterations

I am not sure if I have already written a review for these guys, but if I have, then this is just a restatement of the great impression they made on me. I came to them with a stained blazer. I had been to a different dry cleaner (Roy's) and the stain was still there! I was charged for nothing! I came to these guys, with the same stain, hoping they could fix it, and they did! This is going to be my dry cleaner from now on. In short, if you have valuable, delicate, important and/or expensive garments, such as shirts, blazers, suits, tuxedos - you need to bring it to PKS. Do not waste your time (or money) anywhere else. They are professional, clean, efficient, and will definitely get the job done. Thank you so much! Merci!

I love this business. The owner has helped me with my big occasions: my engagement, my wedding, and friend’s wedding. I am completely satisfied with both cleaning and alterations. When I say alterations, it’s not just simple hemming and trimming, it was more of a bespoke tailor kind of a job, and they did it flawlessly! You can trust them with your finest and highest quality garments. I had an expensive tuxedo that needed alterations with both bottom and the top. The owner has exceptional knowledge and experience with high quality fabrics and how they behave with different cuts. Not only that, he has exceptional taste in how a tuxedo or a suit must fit and look, so will guide you through the process with his advice so you feel confident in your garment. They are honest and fair. Great prices. I wanted to tip generously because of how happy I was with the results but they insisted on not accepting it and only charged me what they charge everyone else.

Amir and his team are the best in the area. We had been going to another drycleaner in Menlo Park for a long time who had our credit card on file. She would charge us periodically and those bills would often raise an eyebrow but we just chalked it up to "dry cleaning is expensive". We decided to try PKS and came to find out that she was completely gouging us!! Not only was PKS a way better experience (quick turnaround, text message notifications, excellent knowledge and service) but a great value and a fraction of what we were paying elsewhere. We will certainly continue to use them going forward and recommend them to anybody around Menlo Park.
