I had a terrible experience with this dry cleaner. They completely mishandled my $400 cashmere sweater. When I picked it up, it had a strong chemical odor and was still damp. Once I got home, I noticed multiple stains that weren’t there before and the sweater is out of shape. I brought it back, and the owner offered to rewash it or reimburse me if I took it elsewhere. While his attitude was acceptable, I seriously question their expertise and care for delicate fabrics. I ended up taking it to my regular dry cleaner, who was able to remove most of the stains, but by then, the sweater had already lost its original shape. I wouldn’t trust this place with delicate or expensive items. Definitely not returning.

Eduardo and his sleek operation have upped the quality of this offering. We now get text notifications, and post 6:00 p.m. drop off. That's not official, but he's always there a few minutes past 6:00. I appreciate these people, and the great work they do.

I just moved to Sunnyvale from LA and have been looking for a good cleaners. I’ve tried a few in the area but Nature’s Cleaners is the BEST! Clean, affordable and great service. This will be my new go to place in Sunnyvale.

Friendly and accommodating staff. I needed some last-minute dry cleaning services, and they made it easy. My clothes were ready within 24 hours and at no extra charge. Highly recommend.
