West Bay Cleaners

I stumbled upon west bay cleaners as it is nestled right next to my favorite cafe, Cafe Zoe, that I frequent. I decided to give west bay a try as an added option to my usual cleaners. I have a white shirt that got peppered with dotted stains all over the front. The owner was very helpful in helping me understand what he could/ could not do so I could make an educated judgement on whether to spend money on the stain removal. I ended up having it done and was very satisfied with the results. Their prices were also very reasonable. I like the no nonsense, frank and straightforward approach and will definitely use them again !

I have used West Bay Cleaners multiple times and have always had a very positive experience. The staff are kind and friendly and listen attentively to my concerns and address these. The prices are reasonable and they move very quick. I highly recommend West Bay Cleaners to others in the Menlo Park area.

This place is great! Good prices and really nice customer service. David is super helpful if you have questions. This has become my go to for all laundered shirts. Great job!! I’ve come here a few times and every time have a great experience! The owner is so nice, and has been able to remove any of the stains that I ask. I’m always happy with how my clothes look when I get them back!
