Awful experience. Took a dress here to clean, and they left stains all over it. Took it back to see if they could make it better and they ended up losing it and never called me back.

Avoid this business, rather then providing a good service they ruin your clothes, they give you your clothes back dirty and smelling horrible! After so many issues with them I complained to the owner that I keep getting my clothes back dirty and with stains, the owner rather the correcting the problem and offering a good service told me to go somewhere else. That is the worse you can do as a business owner.

Terrible service, they hang my sweater for I don’t know how long, the sleeves are way longer than before. Completely destroyed my sweater!

My husband has been going to this place since we moved here a year ago, and we have been very happy with it up until he brought the dress I wore to our courthouse wedding here. The dress has a small chocolate stain on the strap so he brought it there after the wedding with his shirt. When we received the dress back there were blue dye stains on the left bust area of the dress and a blue line across the front. I noticed this after my husband had brought it home, when he brought it back to them they denied that it was their fault. It honestly looked like they threw it in the wash with something else that bled dye. After dropping it off they texted us the same day saying it was done. When we picked it up it was clear they did nothing, the blue stain was still very much there. This dress was over $200 and was my wedding dress so I was hoping it wouldn’t be ruined. They refused to compensate us and said there was nothing they could do. I made my husband take the dress back and they said they would try harsher chemicals. They never texted or called us to say the dress was done so after a week we went back to pick it up. They were able to get some of the blue stain out, but the dress is ruined, it was better off with the tiny chocolate stain from the wedding. They finally admitted fault and gave us only $100. Unfortunately after going back and forth so many times about their mistake, we can no longer trust them as our go to dry cleaners.

The staff here is great. Quick and reliable service, my button down shirts and suits and even tuxedos all look great when they come back from Super Quality Cleaners. They also really helped me out with color matching some suit buttons when I needed them repaired right before a wedding. They sourced the buttons for me, matched them to my suit, and neatly changed them all out on the jacket to match beautifully. Really amazing customer service.
