Been getting my pants hemmed here for the past year. Excellent quality work on every pair. I never worry when I drop anything off here. Staff are fantastic. In response to the lady with the "disintegrated dress". Be better. You clearly dropped off and old crappy dress that wasn't worth $300 if it fell apart the way it did. It was ugly anyway. They did you a favor!

I took an old gown here to be dry cleaned! When I picked it up it was absolutely destroyed, one arm sleeve is torn to shreds and there’s holes in the shoulders of the fabric. There’s also holes in both armpits…I have no idea what they did to this dress. They did not tell me that they were unable to wash it or the risks when I dropped it off, just went right ahead…after i explicitly told them how delicate it was. They also did not call to let me know my gown was destroyed before I came in so I was completely blind sided. Offered 50$ store credit for a 300$ dress!! If you have something old or valuable do not take it here.

Very friendly and prompt service. All of our items came out as we expected. We had a few hockey jerseys in our bundle, all of them came out pristine except for one which was made of a different material so that might’ve been the difference. I do recommend this Business.

Magic cleaners always do an amazing job on my dry cleaning and alterations. They are quick and text me when it’s ready for pick up! Great customer service and friendly staff.
