I came here hoping to get a pant tailored, but I honestly couldn't believe the lack of professionalism and the i guess the Owner was so rude whil i asked for details . Also There were small dogs roaming freely around the clothes —one even jumped up on the chair next to me while I was waiting. I love animals, but not when I’m trying to have a serious fitting and there's dog hair everywhere. The place didn’t feel clean, and the dogs barking made it hard to communicate with the staff. Definitely not coming back.

I would give this place a zero star!!! The worst cleaning service in town. I came to this place several times, last time, I’m told that they will charge more because a couple of shirts require “hand ironing “ on top the $50 charges with their expensive pricing ! I told the guy that it’s not reasonable and he just dismissed my point Last time in this place and I would recommend anyone to watch out here not to get ripped off!

Excellent service, friendly and caring. Even when I needed a rush alteration done, they accommodated me and had it done the same day. Prices are affordable and the work is if excellent quality.

Allow me to share my very discouraging and disappointing most recent experiences with this company. The company representatives (owner included) were ignorant and displayed a very poor attitude towards me, a loyal customer of over 20 years. Never again will I support this company with my dry cleaning and laundry needs. The past few visits really disappointed me with the snotty, poor attitude in how they communicate. In addition I was very surprised and not pleased when the owner, Mr. Ho, physically and abruptly grabbed my valuable clothing out of my hands when I was trying to show him and the Asian woman something that was in need of attention. The very last visit I was there, the same Asian lady physically threw my receipt at me and walked away while saying something in her language instead of handing it to me personally and saying "thank you for your business" for example. They both expressed poor manners along with disrespectful demanor towards me. I have been bringing my loyal support and business to this company for two decades and will NEVER trust them again. They are nowhere near polite, respectful, considerate and show zero gratitude for my business. I hope that many customers online see this and reconsider their options before coming to this establishment and having poor and disrespectful service towards you, the paying and supportive customer. I gave them a number of second chances but their consistent poor attitude discouraged me from every wanting to go there again with my clothing. Trust me, there are much, much better dry cleaning companies that smile and say hello when you arrive and thank you when you leave.

Really nice family owned business. Great tailoring really reasonable prices have been using these guys for over 10 years. Will definitely drive further just see and have my clothes, dry clean and tailored by them.
