I can't recommend this place enough! They are so amazing. Wonderful customer service and you can tell they take great care in what they do. They cleaned my wedding dress that was absolutely filthy... pine needles, sap, so much dirt the train was a dark grey (almost black). The dress was an intricate lace design (designer: Made with Love) with 2 layers so it would have been quite difficult to clean. It came out looking brand new and I am soooo very happy with it.

I don’t usually write reviews, but was pleasantly impressed by Sierra Cleaners' customer service and felt compelled to leave one. I had dropped off a bunch of items and unexpectedly had to leave for a trip three days before my order was scheduled to be finished. I called to see if I could pick up my items early, and they were ready an extra day earlier than I needed! Many of my neighbors and family get their dry cleaning done here. From my experiences and theirs, the staff and owners are super friendly, my alterations have all been done extremely well, and the prices for dry cleaning and alterations are fair. Nothing but good things to say and would totally recommend them to others.

I can completely agree with the other reviews, they have one of the best customers services and I really enjoyed dealing with them. There was an issue with my dress (caused by someone else). Not only did they help me the best they could, they reassure me and went above and beyond with their service.
