I had a terrible experience with this dry cleaner. They completely mishandled my $400 cashmere sweater. When I picked it up, it had a strong chemical odor and was still damp. Once I got home, I noticed multiple stains that weren’t there before and the sweater is out of shape.

I brought it back, and the owner offered to rewash it or reimburse me if I took it elsewhere. While his attitude was acceptable, I seriously question their expertise and care for delicate fabrics. I ended up taking it to my regular dry cleaner, who was able to remove most of the stains, but by then, the sweater had already lost its original shape.

I wouldn’t trust this place with delicate or expensive items. Definitely not returning.

Awful experience. Took a dress here to clean, and they left stains all over it. Took it back to see if they could make it better and they ended up losing it and never called me back.

Avoid this business, rather then providing a good service they ruin your clothes, they give you your clothes back  dirty and smelling horrible! After so many issues with them I complained to the owner that I keep getting my clothes back dirty and with stains, the owner rather the correcting the problem and offering a good service told me to go somewhere else. That is the worse you can do as a business owner.

Terrible service, they hang my sweater for I don’t know how long, the sleeves are way longer than before. Completely destroyed my sweater!

My husband has been going to this place since we moved here a year ago, and we have been very happy with it up until he brought the dress I wore to our courthouse wedding here. The dress has a small chocolate stain on the strap so he brought it there after the wedding with his shirt. When we received the dress back there were blue dye stains on the left bust area of the dress and a blue line across the front. I noticed this after my husband had brought it home, when he brought it back to them they denied that it was their fault. It honestly looked like they threw it in the wash with something else that bled dye.

After dropping it off they texted us the same day saying it was done. When we picked it up it was clear they did nothing, the blue stain was still very much there. This dress was over $200 and was my wedding dress so I was hoping it wouldn’t be ruined. They refused to compensate us and said there was nothing they could do. I made my husband take the dress back and they said they would try harsher chemicals. They never texted or called us to say the dress was done so after a week we went back to pick it up. They were able to get some of the blue stain out, but the dress is ruined, it was better off with the tiny chocolate stain from the wedding. They finally admitted fault and gave us only $100.

Unfortunately after going back and forth so many times about their mistake, we can no longer trust them as our go to dry cleaners.

The staff here is great. Quick and reliable service, my button down shirts and suits and even tuxedos all look great when they come back from Super Quality Cleaners. They also really helped me out with color matching some suit buttons when I needed them repaired right before a wedding. They sourced the buttons for me, matched them to my suit, and neatly changed them all out on the jacket to match beautifully. Really amazing customer service.

What kind of laundromat just opens up the door of the washing machines  without the user's permission? I walked back home to use my home's bathroom because this place refuses to open their perfectly functioning bathroom (Not working sign on the door) and came back 5 mins late and found out that my laundry's lid has been opened by the owner, saying that they're doing some kind of repair. That's definitely not an excuse to do that as a business. No permission asked, just unprofessional. Lousy place, would rather do my own laundry somewhere else.

Great place to get your laundry done! Owners are friendly and always willing to help. Their wash and fold service is second to none. If you prefer to wash and fold yourself, the machines are quick and thorough.

I was doing some laundry at this place and needed more change, so I exchanged $20 worth of change from the machine. As I was walking out to wait in the car, the owner stopped me and literally yanked my change bag out of my hand, saying that I was not a paying customer. I literally just loaded my clothes in the dryer, so either he’s blind or intentionally harassing his customers. Do not go here.

Very nice and clean laundromat. It's open till 10 pm which is a big plus. The person in-charge of it is very friendly as well. The only drawback is that the smaller machines don't have separate inlet for fabric softener.
