I have to say I find this overall experience to be quite beneficial. I can drop things off
at any time of the day or evening and I can pick them up in the same manner. I find the whole experience to be very worthwhile as it allows me to schedule drop off and pick up around everything else that I have going on throughout my day. I have found the quality of the cleaning to be quite good as well.

I appreciate their use of technology to be able to provide 24/7 dry cleaning service. They were able to get my item to me same day with a 40% upcharge but others couldn't regardless. However, only 3 stars because the alteration I had done for the bottom hems were undone on the pants completely after this dry cleaning and I didn't realize it until it was time to get dressed for the wedding I was attending. Not sure if they will be able to put these back for me but if not I'll have to pay to get them redone once again.

This place does not do good work. Explain to me how I’m going to bring a simple shirt to the dry cleaners and it’s returned to me as if it wasn’t even pressed. This is terrible work and on top of that they charged me $30 for two pieces, a long sleeve blazer and a short sleeve button down shirt which is ridiculous. I’m very upset since I could’ve done this at home with better outcomes and not wasted time or money coming here.

I have had two different instances where I’ve taken articles of clothing to them to be repaired and both times they failed to read the detailed instructions. By doing so, they messed up the clothes. This last time I called them on Saturday (4/5) left a voicemail and still have NOT heard back. But yet they are quick to charge me and take my money. I would NOT recommend using Orlando Cleaners. Find somebody better.

Although I had a tight schedule ( completely my fault) she did her best to see me right away and luckily I had to do less to my suite than expected and I was able to get the alterations on time. Don’t think of going anywhere else if you need altercations. Come here, they will take care of you.

I work in the funeral business and bring suits there all the time. I’ve never had an issue with the service in fact the service is very good, suits always ready as promised.  Certain times I had to ask them to rush an order if possible and they do,if possible.   The owner is super nice. She is friendly and helpful with anything needed. The tailoring and alterations are perfect. I come from Deltona to use them.

I had a dress tailored here, and it was not ready by the promised date which caused some stress. The store also smells like mildew and I was worried with my dress being there so long it would pick up the smell (luckily it didn’t). I was surprised at the price for hemming something that was only 1 layer, especially because it took so long. They did do a good job, though.

I rate this company as VERY not good…. This cleaners damaged my vest that was a gift I loved!  They damaged pocket zippers and refused to reimburse me. They said my vest was old and they are not responsible. what in the world does the age of the garment have to do with the damage they  inflicted.  After meeting with a so called manager, they said they would reach out to me and never did. it sadden me when companies don’t stand behind their work! I have been going there for over 7 years. spent alot of money there to get treated poorly! BE AFRAID! BE VERY AFRAID! Paying less is not always the best!

Horrible experience! He also tried to charge me extra because I needed them in a few days. I was missing a shirt we needed for our trip. Came back a week later, he still couldn’t  find it. Stay away! They have no clue of what they are doing. I took 4 trips for 1order .

AVOID THIS PLACE! They have gone down so much in quality. One of my suit jackets was scorched and I was told the owner would call me to address the issue, but never did. All my pants have multiple press lines per pant leg. Very expensive dress shirt was delivered with huge wrinkles from pressing. Just awful. And the owner does not care. Do yourself a favor, don't risk your clothes at this place and avoid it.

1st when I dropped off my throw blanket I was quoted $15 and  walking to my car I see $19.26 on the receipt. Blanket was supposed to be ready on the 22nd, on the 30th I go back and it’s not there. The rude woman working did not care and just argued that they don’t clean the blankets there and was annoyed I expected reimbursement. She told me they wouldn’t charge me. Charge for what? I have no blanket. No apologies, no concern, it’s almost unbelievable. $200 blanket gone.
