Quality Cleaners I rate this company as VERY not good…. This cleaners damaged my vest that was a gift I loved! They damaged pocket zippers and refused to reimburse me. They said my vest was old and they are not responsible. what in the world does the age of the garment have to do with the damage they inflicted. After meeting with a so called manager, they said they would reach out to me and never did. it sadden me when companies don’t stand behind their work! I have been going there for over 7 years. spent alot of money there to get treated poorly! BE AFRAID! BE VERY AFRAID! Paying less is not always the best!

Horrible experience! He also tried to charge me extra because I needed them in a few days. I was missing a shirt we needed for our trip. Came back a week later, he still couldn’t find it. Stay away! They have no clue of what they are doing. I took 4 trips for 1order .

AVOID THIS PLACE! They have gone down so much in quality. One of my suit jackets was scorched and I was told the owner would call me to address the issue, but never did. All my pants have multiple press lines per pant leg. Very expensive dress shirt was delivered with huge wrinkles from pressing. Just awful. And the owner does not care. Do yourself a favor, don't risk your clothes at this place and avoid it.

1st when I dropped off my throw blanket I was quoted $15 and walking to my car I see $19.26 on the receipt. Blanket was supposed to be ready on the 22nd, on the 30th I go back and it’s not there. The rude woman working did not care and just argued that they don’t clean the blankets there and was annoyed I expected reimbursement. She told me they wouldn’t charge me. Charge for what? I have no blanket. No apologies, no concern, it’s almost unbelievable. $200 blanket gone.

First time customer they took care of my Navy uniforms. Got them looking like brand new 🙂
