I have to say I find this overall experience to be quite beneficial. I can drop things off at any time of the day or evening and I can pick them up in the same manner. I find the whole experience to be very worthwhile as it allows me to schedule drop off and pick up around everything else that I have going on throughout my day. I have found the quality of the cleaning to be quite good as well.

I appreciate their use of technology to be able to provide 24/7 dry cleaning service. They were able to get my item to me same day with a 40% upcharge but others couldn't regardless. However, only 3 stars because the alteration I had done for the bottom hems were undone on the pants completely after this dry cleaning and I didn't realize it until it was time to get dressed for the wedding I was attending. Not sure if they will be able to put these back for me but if not I'll have to pay to get them redone once again. ***UPDATE: The owner took care of the hem issue as promised so I have updated it to 5 stars :-)

Quick, clean, and innovative. Down side is that receipt does not have break downs so unsure the cost of the each item cleaned. App does not work well either but they get the job done right. Highly recommend it.

This place does not do good work. Explain to me how I’m going to bring a simple shirt to the dry cleaners and it’s returned to me as if it wasn’t even pressed. This is terrible work and on top of that they charged me $30 for two pieces, a long sleeve blazer and a short sleeve button down shirt which is ridiculous. I’m very upset since I could’ve done this at home with better outcomes and not wasted time or money coming here.

I have had two different instances where I’ve taken articles of clothing to them to be repaired and both times they failed to read the detailed instructions. By doing so, they messed up the clothes. This last time I called them on Saturday (4/5) left a voicemail and still have NOT heard back. But yet they are quick to charge me and take my money. I would NOT recommend using Orlando Cleaners. Find somebody better.
