Incredibly happy with the service at American Cleaners. They’re the only true same-day dry cleaning in town. Other cleaners advertise same day on their website then looked at me crazy when I walked in and asked for that option. The lad who took care of me was friendly, respectful, very efficient. Very disappointing. Been a customer for almost a year.  Customer service from the owner is poor. Employees are nice. They sent me a $20 coupon  which was immediately activated. When I picked up my clothes, the coupon was not on my account. They made me wait 20 minutes to keep sharing my phone to validate the coupon and then look on their system. When the owner (Lucy)was contacted, she didn’t care that a customer was upset and tried her best not to honor the coupon. I had to let her know that I would go to the BBB. Finally it was resolved- but not after going back and forth for 20 minutes.  Bottom line is the quality of work is just ok, prices are high; and the owner doesn’t put any effort into keeping her customers happy. I never wrote a 1 star review before- but this interaction deserves it. Sad cause this place is close to my house, but there are competitors who value their customers in the area.

First thing is first they charge extra $4.95 is your clothes is name brand, I wouldn’t mind the extra fee but every time I get a shirt dry clean it’s never clean just ironed.. I always have to give it back to them & they have to do it again with an attitude…. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have money to waste , because the quality isn’t good but looks good off the eye until you inspect your clothes

Dishonest store! I asked specifically to get shirts on the hanger, were all boxed and the lady was trying to charge me $3 extra per box. At least be upfront with customers!

Unable to remove a coffee stain from my pants, which i’ve only ever had dry cleaned. I took them to another recommended dry cleaner who was able to get the stain out. Was expecting better

If I could give zero stars I would. Let me first say that I have plenty of options around me. I choose this specific place because they’ve been in business much longer than the others. I’ve never been to a dry cleaners or used alteration services. This was the most expensive service. I’m thankful that I did not pay before the service, but when I came to pick up I was willing to pay for my items. They had my uniforms for two and a half weeks. When I got there, the services I requested was not complete. Hemming wasn’t done and the excuse was that the lady went on vacation. My shirt’s were pressed… TWO WEEKS! I had to wait another week and even then, the hemming was rushed… it’s all coming apart. I did not pay for these services, I want so bad to go back and have them fix it but I REFUSE to deal with half doing. These people have been in business way too long and are now obviously too tired to care about quality work.

I have been using Frankie's Cleaners for my work shirts for over a year now and have absolutely no complaints.  Based on my personal experience I would recommend them for anybody looking for a cleaner that still operates on site instead of sending everything out.

Dropped off pants to get hemmed. They said the only way they could do it in the time I needed was if I did without pressing. Which I agreed. They did a terrible job on the stitching. Their excuse was that the seamstress was very old. Then when I got home I found several stains and the length was two inches longer than what I asked for.

Very helpful staff, excellent work on the items.  The lady working the counter was very accommodating. Needed same day service. They do not usually offer that service. Liked everything about this business.

I was a new customer for the first time. I dropped off my suit  for some cleaning and some tailoring on a Monday before a very important event. I needed some tailoring done on my pants waste and cuff and i asked for my pants waist to be expanded and when I picked it up they did the complete opposite. My pants wouldn’t fit anymore. So I came back on a Wednesday of the following week to ask them to fix the pants that they had messed up and they told me the seamstress was not in store. They asked me to come back on Friday.
When I return to the store on Friday for the 3rd time that weeks. The guy who took care of me (Patel, Dinesh) ran to the back and hid from me to avoid speaking to me and sent an associate to take care of me. When I spoke to the associate on Friday and I asked her for the seamstress, she told me seamstress was not in the store and that she would return to work on August 12.

The whole time I felt like they were avoiding me and did not want to fix the pants they messed up. They had me come to the store 3 times and kept playing cat and mouse with me and that is very unprofessional.

This place sucks! And this is not how you treat customers
They just lost a brand new customer.

We always use Fresh Cleaners for our dry cleaning needs. This is an efficient and well run business. If they tell you to come back Thursday, then you can "bet your lunch" your drycleaning or alteration will be ready Thursday.
