If I could give zero stars I would. Let me first say that I have plenty of options around me. I choose this specific place because they’ve been in business much longer than the others. I’ve never been to a dry cleaners or used alteration services. This was the most expensive service. I’m thankful that I did not pay before the service, but when I came to pick up I was willing to pay for my items. They had my uniforms for two and a half weeks. When I got there, the services I requested was not complete. Hemming wasn’t done and the excuse was that the lady went on vacation. My shirt’s were pressed… TWO WEEKS! I had to wait another week and even then, the hemming was rushed… it’s all coming apart. I did not pay for these services, I want so bad to go back and have them fix it but I REFUSE to deal with half doing. These people have been in business way too long and are now obviously too tired to care about quality work.

I have been using Frankie's Cleaners for my work shirts for over a year now and have absolutely no complaints. Based on my personal experience I would recommend them for anybody looking for a cleaner that still operates on site instead of sending everything out.

Dropped off pants to get hemmed. They said the only way they could do it in the time I needed was if I did without pressing. Which I agreed. They did a terrible job on the stitching. Their excuse was that the seamstress was very old. Then when I got home I found several stains and the length was two inches longer than what I asked for.

Very helpful staff, excellent work on the items. The lady working the counter was very accommodating. Needed same day service. They do not usually offer that service. Liked everything about this business.

I was a new customer for the first time. I dropped off my suit for some cleaning and some tailoring on a Monday before a very important event. I needed some tailoring done on my pants waste and cuff and i asked for my pants waist to be expanded and when I picked it up they did the complete opposite. My pants wouldn’t fit anymore. So I came back on a Wednesday of the following week to ask them to fix the pants that they had messed up and they told me the seamstress was not in store. They asked me to come back on Friday. When I return to the store on Friday for the 3rd time that weeks. The guy who took care of me (Patel, Dinesh) ran to the back and hid from me to avoid speaking to me and sent an associate to take care of me. When I spoke to the associate on Friday and I asked her for the seamstress, she told me seamstress was not in the store and that she would return to work on August 12. The whole time I felt like they were avoiding me and did not want to fix the pants they messed up. They had me come to the store 3 times and kept playing cat and mouse with me and that is very unprofessional. This place sucks! And this is not how you treat customers They just lost a brand new customer.
