Todd Reynolds and Tyler showed up at our home and could not have been more professional. They did a thorough job which resulted in our carpets looking much better than I expected after having two dogs and a kitten. They exceeded our expectations. I am very pleased with the results of the job they did. And, I will be calling ABC Chem-Dry for next year's cleaning.

I have no idea what happened to this business. In the past they were great. Todd (no longer employed there) was the absolute best. The issue the last few years has been scheduling an appointment. The guy who answers the phone is rude, obnoxious & should refrain from calling people “hun”. I had an appointment but had to reschedule. They never showed up & when I called he had no explanation nor any idea what was going on. Lost a long time customer but I’m sure they could care less.

Christine was very helpful on the phone, answered all my questions and also sent out a reminder courtesy call the day before the service techs came to clean our carpets. Todd & Justin were prompt, courteous, and did a quick job.  I have used ABC in the past when we first moved here as well, they repaired a braided rug for us in addition to cleaning several carpets.  They are very professional.  Definitely recommend.

I was very impressed as I carefully listened to the sure, confident, extremely knowledgeable very accommodating Female phone representative who's name unfortunately escapes me momentarily. She impressed me with her questions about technical yet very necessary questions I could provide about my area rug. Nothing too difficult. This was so she could be more equipped to provide me with the most accurate quote based on size of carpet, materials used in manufacturing, age and condition, which all play an essential factor in deciding the products that will be most effective in the cleaning process that will not compromise the integrity of which in my case is an area rug. I walked away with useful knowledge that until prior to our conversation I was completely unaware of. Work was completed in a timely matter.  Spent extra time on an area of concern.  They did an excellent job and will be using them again.  I will recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning. Went at 7 am. Loaded all my clothes into washers. Only to see they were out of quarters? Called number and was told worker was on her way with change. She comes without quarters? It's literally their only job...provide quarters and washers and dryers. Removed my detergent saturated clothing, drive all the way across town. Never visiting again. Lady on phone was nice but c'mon? Bye.

This is my first time here recommended by a friend the place is clean quiet friendly but what I will complain about is better management/workers I put a dollar worth of change in a dryer it did not work I proceeded to get the worker she tried pressing the button didn't work after doing whatever she did with banging and juggling the machine she then proceeds to put one quarter in and a green light came on so she turns to me and say look it works ok what about the 4 quarters I just put in there then shrugs her shoulders and says no it works like I don't care about the money but it's the incompetent workers response that really freaking bothered me. Just a tip when working with customers in any environment you have to at least show. Return of empathy and customer service even if you do not mean it you supposed to want to keep business not push it away.

Washer eats money and when I let the worker know she yelled at me. When requested manager, manager became irate and yelled at me.. What??? Washers brakes all the time there, this place is not recommended due to poor customer service they simply do not care just want your money. Well its on you now.

This is the follow up to the reply from owner... The manager would not even listen to the complainant, manager was screaming and yelling as soon as stated that washers ate money. What a LIARS!!!!! Wish it be recorded so that I post it on youtube for all. What a complete liars and not honest place.

No bathrooms and worker wouldnt refund my money. I put in a dollar for the dryer, put in my clothes and dryer showed no minutes, no credits. Must have timed out or something. Showed the worker, she acted like this has never happened before, said she's get me refund and said use the bottom dryer. So I put my clothes in the bottom, add 4 quarters and start it up. She comes and adds the quarters to the machine and says ill get more time. Lady, my clothes dont need that long to dry, you just didnt want to give me my dollar back. Really so petty over a dollar? Or just stupid?

Washers take the money and don't register as it being put in. One trip XXL washer went right to zero minutes as soon a I pressed start. Watched people tring ro drop off forward and fold and no one was here to help them. I do have to say that the staff, I believe it was one of the owners came in to remedy the situation completely.  He was apologetic and asked what had happened so it can be fixed for the next patron. Thank you for a quick and professional response

The Laundromat itself is great, washers and dryers work well. The customers in the other hand are awful Rude, greedy with the basket's, leave stuff in machines for hours. The attendants usually keep everything fairly clean.

While Colonial Generally offers convenient services, my recent experiences have been significantly impacted by the unprofessional conduct of a specific laundry attendant. This individual has consistently displayed a rude and dismissive attitude towards customers, often overstepping their role and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. It appears they are taking their job duties beyond what is reasonable or customer-focused. This behavior detracts from an otherwise useful establishment and needs to be addressed to ensure a positive customer experience. The man spends 95% of the time in his vehicle while there's orange needle caps on the floor throughout the interior as seen in the photo. Besides these issues there is some type of scam with the dryers or there just in need of repair because it shouldn't take 1hour to dry four pieces of clothing that weren't even 100% dry so they got that mildewy smell now. Get it together Colonial, plenty of customers have reached out to you regarding these issues. Next step is reporting you to the BBB for resolution. Thank you.

Yeah, skip this stupid laundry mat folks. Machines are all faulty. Heavy Duty machine #3 the soap compartment didn't turn on to flush compartment. I've used these enough to know this is supposed to happen very early in the wash cycle. Laundry mat attendant couldn't be bothered to leave a note on the machine to warn people.

Clean place, machines, well maintained, all machines, including vending, seemed to work properly. Friendly employees.

Updated washers and dryers, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful in navigating me through the dispenser. She also made sure the place was spotless given the high traffic going through the facility. The prices per large and small washers are extremely high. To wash a household of items and dry them thoroughly would cost upward of $75-$100 at minimum. I was impressed with the quick time it took to run three washers and 4 dryers, however I wasn't impressed how it impacted my bank. The best route would be to purchase a set of washer and dryer and do it at home. Doing laundry here for a month would pay for it.

Disappointed in the communication. First time costumer. At no point did they inform me that their hours are abnormal to general business hours. On my way to get a new tuxedo because the voicemail they left me did not express that they close at 1:00 pm. Had they notified me I would have made time. Easy fix, but one that is understandable when comparing similar reviews. Thanks.

He said my jacket would be ready in 3 days, but when I asked if I could have it today, he dropped what he was doing and expertly presses it in minutes.  Fast, friendly service!

Don't ever buy anything from Vince here I bought a used washer "in working conditions" got it home realized it wasn't the one from the picture and it shakes so bad it won't even wash a load. When I messaged him about it I was instantly blocked so he knew what he did

Scam artists.

I called ahead of time to ask for prices for a 2 pc suit, I was told $14, awesome, I dropped it off Thursday and gave them my number. They said they'd call when it was done.

They never called. I came by Monday and they were rude right off the bat. The guy said "20 bucks" and I told him I thought it was less.  He puffed up and said "I'm the owner". Did he want a pat on the back? I asked to see his price sheet and he said "It's 20 bucks! It's on the back of your receipt!" He flashed the receipt in front of my face and then tore it away quickly. I asked if I could see it again and he turned to the woman working with him and said "finish this up, give it to him for $18." I picked up another receipt off the counter and it CLEARLY said $16 dollars for a 2pc suit.

The woman tried ringing me up and my card declined on the first go, she was very condescending about it, I told her to try it again because my card is finnicky and she she seemed upset when it worked the 2nd time.

Not going back. I was told $14, then $20, then read $16, and ended up paying $18. When it comes to the money, I'm splitting hairs, but the service is not my tempo.

I had a phenomenal experience!!! I needed a quick turnaround for a wake for my father and they were able to accommodate me. I am forever grateful to the gentleman that helped me. I will be doing all of my business with them from now on!!!
