Went at 7 am. Loaded all my clothes into washers. Only to see they were out of quarters? Called number and was told worker was on her way with change. She comes without quarters? It's literally their only job...provide quarters and washers and dryers. Removed my detergent saturated clothing, drive all the way across town. Never visiting again. Lady on phone was nice but c'mon? Bye.

This is my first time here recommended by a friend the place is clean quiet friendly but what I will complain about is better management/workers I put a dollar worth of change in a dryer it did not work I proceeded to get the worker she tried pressing the button didn't work after doing whatever she did with banging and juggling the machine she then proceeds to put one quarter in and a green light came on so she turns to me and say look it works ok what about the 4 quarters I just put in there then shrugs her shoulders and says no it works like I don't care about the money but it's the incompetent workers response that really freaking bothered me. Just a tip when working with customers in any environment you have to at least show. Return of empathy and customer service even if you do not mean it you supposed to want to keep business not push it away.

Washer eats money and when I let the worker know she yelled at me. When requested manager, manager became irate and yelled at me.. What??? Washers brakes all the time there, this place is not recommended due to poor customer service they simply do not care just want your money. Well its on you now.

This is the follow up to the reply from owner... The manager would not even listen to the complainant, manager was screaming and yelling as soon as stated that washers ate money. What a LIARS!!!!! Wish it be recorded so that I post it on youtube for all. What a complete liars and not honest place.

No bathrooms and worker wouldnt refund my money. I put in a dollar for the dryer, put in my clothes and dryer showed no minutes, no credits. Must have timed out or something. Showed the worker, she acted like this has never happened before, said she's get me refund and said use the bottom dryer. So I put my clothes in the bottom, add 4 quarters and start it up. She comes and adds the quarters to the machine and says ill get more time. Lady, my clothes dont need that long to dry, you just didnt want to give me my dollar back. Really so petty over a dollar? Or just stupid?

Washers take the money and don't register as it being put in. One trip XXL washer went right to zero minutes as soon a I pressed start. Watched people tring ro drop off forward and fold and no one was here to help them. I do have to say that the staff, I believe it was one of the owners came in to remedy the situation completely.  He was apologetic and asked what had happened so it can be fixed for the next patron. Thank you for a quick and professional response

Don't ever buy anything from Vince here I bought a used washer "in working conditions" got it home realized it wasn't the one from the picture and it shakes so bad it won't even wash a load. When I messaged him about it I was instantly blocked so he knew what he did

For 20 years I've been using Dapper Dan for my shirt service. I've never been disappointed in the quality of the cleaning, pressing, and light starch that I request for my garments.
But last year when I went to the French Road store I was told by the customer service woman that I should pay attention to her lunchtime. She was smug and surly. There were no manners involved. No, "I'm sorry sir, we're closed for lunch." the way a good employee should behave toward one of the people who pay for her employment. She acted as if I should know better. The message was that her lunchtime was a lot more important to her than the needs of a loyal paying customer. I thought about speaking up, but I let it go. I thought that she might be having a bad day.
Another time when I went in to pick up my shirts the same service woman was talking to a customer and was in the middle of a rant about welfare people and poor people. I was surprised to hear a somewhat bigoted opinion being expressed by an employee in a public business. It did nothing to improve my opinion of this person. I wasn't there to seek her political or cultural appraisals. I just wanted to pick up my garments.
And this afternoon, I went to the store to have my shirts done and I noticed that she was walking in the front door as I was driving up. By the time I parked and went in, there was a female customer at the counter ahead of me so I just took my place in line. The woman turned around and looked at me with a kind of sheepish expression on her face. I was trying to figure out what the look on her face was when the employee said, "And you too! Don't you people know we (meaning her) take our lunch between the hours of..."
My response this time was to sarcastically tell her, "Oh, okay, I'll just go to another cleaner who actually treats paying customers with some courtesy." She started to say something about waiting on me anyway, but I had enough of her ill mannered disposition.
I've ran several businesses in my 69 years, and worked in retail, advertising agencies, corporate businesses and as a professional musician. I also worked as a waiter and bartender. You NEVER treat a customer with disdain. Ever.
If one of my employees ever spoke to a paying, regular customer the way that surly little woman spoke to me and that other customer, I would show her the door so fast she wouldn't know what hit her. She embarrassed that woman and ticked me off for the third time.
So, as a result of this terrible customer service putz, I took my shirts to a different cleaner.
I'm generally not a person who complains. I tolerated it the first two times when she acted like a jerk. And today, I realized that it wasn't an act. She IS a jerk and should be looking for another job, maybe in the house-cleaning or food service field where she never gets within ten feet of a customer.
And if you want to keep your customers happy, you might want to find a worker with a personality and good manners.

First I called to have something dry cleaned and the woman I spoke to was so unbelievably rude to me on the phone when I asked about their ADVERTISED 1 hour/Same day dry cleaning service. Then I had family calling around for me also and when they called this business, we were told if what I had didn’t need to be pressed that I could bring it in and pick it up the next day. So I showed up to this establishment at 11:30 and was told that they were closed for the day (even though their business hours state they are still open) and weren’t taking anything else for the day. I explained that I was told to bring my things in and they would be cleaned and again was told there is nothing they can do because they’ve already shut everything off for the day. I never post reviews but I am so unsatisfied with this business and their customer service. Have no fear though, a competitive dry cleaner is the area happily accepted my service and I will highly review the kindness and impeccable customer service that I received at Trenton city dry cleaning  😊

Dont take your stuff here. They lost my great grandfathers jacket which was passed to his son and his grandson and now to me. THIS IS NOT REPLACEABLE. There is no money that can be given to make this alright. When i spoke with the owner he tried to say that i did not bring it there and when i showed him the receipt he said well we wont charge you for the cleaning like are you serious right now. After going back and forth with him over the course of 6 months he decided to offer me 10 DOLLARS to replace the jacket...I lost my mind right there.
