Plenty of large clean washers, nice hot dryers. Plenty of clean tables to sort and fold.
The lady at the desk was super friendly and helpful.  You have the option to use debit card or coins which is super convenient, or you can load a card there and receive five dollars edit for every 40 you add.
They have vending machines, a little mini arcade for kids and outlets to charge phones.
This place is clean….until, the restroom situation is awkward and kind of gross.  Two restrooms available for both men and women.  It makes you feel like you don’t want to touch anything let alone use them.  Hand dryers instead stead of paper towels.  It does not change my five star rating, it just makes me not use the restrooms.

Audrey was absolutely rude. I came in at 9:05 to put one load of laundry in and was told that I could not even though I was only going to wash. She said the last load is in at nine, it was 905. My clothes would’ve been washed before they would’ve even been 930. I think she should get some retraining as to what time the establishment closes. I’ve never been treated like this any of the times I have came there

Clean and we'll maintained. The employees are super nice and helpful. I had never been to a laundromat before so I had no idea what I was doing. Now in a regular and got one of their cards for the machine, which gives you money off when you add money to it. Their cards work better on the machines than my debit card (I would have to swipe 3 or 3 times to get it to take the payment). Kind of a no brainer to get some money off. I don't really know how the prices are compared to other places, I never felt the need to go anywhere. The location is convenient I set a timer on my phone when I need to make a quick stop at walmart or pick up something for dinner so im back in time to switch my laundry over. Saves time that way.

First and last time I use the wash service,   got quoted 22lbs on initial drop off. Once I picked up the load was at 14lbs.  8 lbs difference.   And 15 dollars to wash a blanket, other places are about $8.00I was shocked with the price at first but I wanted to be sure once I picked up to leave a review.  8 pounds  is a big difference.  Will t stick to washing my own clothes.   Employee did nothing to make it right.

I recently visited Duffy Dry Cleaners & Laundry in Stillwater to have a dress dry cleaned. While the service was thorough and the staff were friendly, I found it to be quite expensive. The dress was cleaned well, but the high cost was a bit of a surprise.

If cost is a major consideration, it might be worth comparing prices with other local dry cleaners before making a decision.

Apparently they don’t do comforters anymore even when the material is dry clean safe.

Edit: Upon picking up my comforter that wasn’t able to be cleaned, I was rudely berated by the owner for leaving the one star review. I tried to de-escalate the situation, talk through the issues I had and discuss possible solutions. Unfortunately, I was only met with continued hostility. I can understand that hard times in life can cause someone to lash out, and it was clear the owner was not having a good day. However, calling me selfish over a “dumb comforter” was really sad. I truly hope any personal situations improve for this business so they can create a more professional environment to handle similar problems that arise.

Perhaps posting some sort of signage stating that for them to clean comforters, a waiver will need to be signed (outside of just commenting on my google review) will prevent this situation from happening again. This could notify customers, as well as remind employees to receive a signed waiver prior to accepting comforters (which isn’t what happened to me)

Understandably, I will not be returning my business here, which seems to be in both of our best interests.

While I did get my dry cleaning, it took about three days to do so. The signs on the door advertise next day pickup before a certain time, so I have to dock a star for that. I also had a small scare that they lost my items... it took them nearly 15-20 minutes to find my items when they were finally ready. They items looked good, but one pair of jeans were pressed completely different than the other. Just a little inconsistent, so docking a star for those reasons. I will say their prices are great and the girls inside were very nice. I would come back, but with a little reservation.

My favorite local cleaners have always tried they're best to put out a consistent quality product. Sometimes I find collar buttons on my button down shirts missing and I complain but they always make it right in the end. I've ask Ann to do my alterations through the years and she is always neat, and through and she has been there 40 years, as long as.i can remember. I tried to make an appointment with the alterations specialist, Mrs. Anne, and got completely ghosted. I went into the actual location on Wednesday January 17th, and the guy at the front gave me her cell phone number and said she prefers texts, so I texted her inquiring about everything I would possibly be needing, and even sent her a picture of my dress, but I never heard anything back. I had to go elsewhere because I need the alterations done by February 1st at the latest. 😞

I've used Northside for years, ever since I was a college student and never had an issue. Recently I took a pair of jeans and dress shirt to be pressed for my husband to wear to a wedding he was in. I picked everything up the Friday before the wedding and didn't realize until I had gotten home that night that I didn't get back the right jeans. I contacted the business and was told to purchase a new pair and bring in the receipt and I would be reimbursed. I thought that was fair. What has made me upset and question the management is when my name was given to the man who's jeans I got by mistake. I didn't not appreciate my name being given out.

I picked up the dress and none of the workers bothered to show my the missing stones and destroyed belt. When I brought it back in the same day the worker took pictures of the damage and I was told a manager would contact me Monday morning. I have called 5 times looking for a manager and he is never there! Has never returned my phone call. The dress is damaged and the belt will need to be completely replaced. Horrible customer service. Will never return!!!
