She took the extra time to explain to me the process of getting my lab coat cleaned and was very thorough on informing me of any timing or price changes depending on the service I needed. I forgot to get her name, but she’s absolutely amazing I will 100% be recommending Prestige to everyone I know and will 300% be back. Amazing experience.

This might sound strange, but I love this dry cleaner. The staff is always so bright and cheery and thank me for my business - you rarely have their level of customer service anymore.  And, of course,  the dry cleaning is always well-done. I would not go anywhere else. PC, and their staff, is one of the Gems of Oak Ridge.

They are always kind, answer any questions, professional and check the items you drop off for cleaning. For example, a suit coat's sleeve lining was coming loose. They called to inform me if I wanted them to repair it or to clean it as it was, explaining the process of cleaning could possibly cause further damage. I have had dress clothes regularly cleaned for over fifty years. They do as good of a job as any cleaners I have ever used; in fact, better than some, and far better than others.

I had some garments that needed to be pressed and cleaned for my daughter’s wedding this weekend. Not only did prestige cleaners get that done for me, but I got everything back a whole day early! We will definitely recommend and will definitely use again!

The nicest laundromat I have ever been in. Clean, helpful staff, all the things! The lady working there let me borrow washing detergent because I forgot mine. Then, she was walking around offering customers bottles of water! Highly recommend!!😊

Best laundromat I’ve ever been to. Clean, fair prices, and the people who own it are awesome and I like that they support their community with food and clothes donations. I’ve met some other nice Oak Ridge locals here and will keep coming back to support this local gem.

I've been to a hand full of different laundromats and Bob's is hands down the best I've ever been to! The location is clean, well lit, and they have a nice selection of vending machine products. They also have a coffee machine for if you need a caffeine kick :)  Tonya and Erica are the floor staff who are friendly and always available/willing to help. If you don't want to do your own laundry, they do offer wash and fold services which the dream team will have ready for you next day. Don't hesitate to come on in and have a different laundromat experience!

Bob’s new location is great.  It’s clean, well lit, and lots of machines. The only downside are the users that leave their dryer sheets in the floor and other places. Be courteous and pickup after yourself. Also, need to make sure the change machine has quarters on Sunday nights.

Suggestions would be to go away from the quarters all together and use dollar bills. You can’t have a business dependant on quarters and not have any in the change machine.

Another suggestion is to have a bar across the little cubbies that have the folding tables so that you can hang your clothes after you get them from the dryer. (EDIT: this has been done since i originally posted. Thanks Bob).

I have had a horrific experience with this cleaner.  Supposedly, they do alterations.  I left a piece at the Western Avenue
Branch to be altered several weeks ago.  Called numerous times with no answer.  Went down three times and found no one there.  Finally today I called Oak Ridge Branch and was told she was new and knew nothing about my alteration.  That I should call back on 15th.  I would like my garment back, preferably altered, but if not then just give it back to me.  As requested, my ticket number is 23072.

Have used these folks for years. Always been very satisfied with their work. Reasonable prices too!
