I originally dropped off my 2 pants on March 4 to have it widened and repair a small tear. I picked it up 1 week later as this was the earliest available date. I received a text and picked them up on Tuesday March 11. Picked them up trusting that it's all good however I found out on March 12 when I wore them to work the crotch area was not sown up. This was a 3 inch size left open. I took it back and understood that human errors happen and was told to come by next day any time by the south asian woman with glasses. I come at 7:30 PM to pick them up and find out it was to be picked up for Monday and it was not complete. Huge koodos for Theresa that was kind enouch to quickly get this done and have me on me way. Huge disappointment and frustration to the rest of the staff I had the displeasure of interacting with at this location. 3 visits... Gas isn't cheap nor is time. PLEASE AVOID EVERYONE HERE. ONLY DEAL WITH THERESA.

My Canada Goose jacket's fur was damaged during dry cleaning process but this was due to the jacket's old style where the fur cannot be detached. Machinery malfunctions happen sometimes but what matters is how the problem is resolved for a customer who is unsatisfied. Initially I was upset and gave a bad rating.

However, I was amazed at the level of professionalism and customer support from the owners (John and Sam) which led me to update my review to 5 stars. I wish that all business are able to emulate this kind of customer support and resolution.
