I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with my repeated experiences dealing with the manager at this cleaners. I have been a loyal customer for over two years, primarily because the location is convenient to my home and I can easily stop by after work. Unfortunately, I now plan to go out of my way—an extra 10 minutes—just to avoid this business.
The posted hours of operation clearly state 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. However, on multiple occasions, I have arrived between 6:00 and 6:30 PM to find the doors locked and the lights off. Specifically, I’ve stopped by around 6:15 and 6:30 on at least three separate occasions, only to find the store closed. I’ve tried calling repeatedly, left voicemails, and have never received a response.
On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, I stopped by at 6:20 PM and again at 6:40 PM—both times, the business was closed. Strangely, when I returned at 7:00 PM, the lights were on and the store was open. I went in and spoke with the manager to express my concern about the repeated early closures. I explained that it’s extremely inconvenient, especially when customers need their clothing for the next day, and I politely suggested updating the hours on the door if they’re unable to stay open until 7:00 PM consistently.
The manager’s response was dismissive. He told me he has other businesses to manage and that he’s sometimes late, and there’s nothing he can do about it. I acknowledged that delays happen—this is Atlanta traffic, after all—but I made it clear this isn’t a one-time issue. The store is consistently closed before the stated closing time. I reminded him that I’ve been a long-time customer and asked only that they honor their posted hours.
Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager was rude and showed no concern whatsoever for my time or loyalty as a customer. I was genuinely shocked by his attitude and lack of accountability. It’s disheartening to know I’ve been supporting a business that clearly does not value its customers.
I will no longer be returning, and I intend to file a formal complaint with the Georgia Department of Law’s Consumer Protection Division. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. It’s unfortunate that the success of this cleaners is built on the support of customers the manager so clearly disregards.

I have been taking my clothing’s here for a few years now for cleaning or altering...missing buttons etc. Due to COVID I didn’t really have a need to frequent much anymore due to not going anywhere. When hubby asked me to drop off some clothing recently, it was then I realized how much I miss the guy that works there. His service is the absolute best. I care that my clothes turn out well but honestly I frequent this location for the service. The guy that is always there is so warm and kind to people. He’s truly a breath of fresh air since great customer service is so hard to find nowadays. I appreciate this business and I certainly appreciate the service. Now that I’m back to work I’ll be able to support the business more often and I’m glad too.

Showed up to bring my cleaners as a first time customer and they have hours posted that they are open at M-Sat 8am it is 9:45am and they are closed. No signage or anything to explain why they are closed. Bad business.

I am from NJ and my radio boss works in Atlanta and moved to Winston.  I needed a reliable and reputable dry cleaner and came across Lee Cleaners in Douglasville.  Without  hesitation after a brief conversation I left my outfit with him and was not only sat, I have since sent my sister and will refer everyone I can. What a great guy.

Look no further! You have found the best dry cleaner! The owner is very honest, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I trusted him with my wedding dress that was made of beaded silk with lots of hand stitching. He hand washed my top with great care and WOW! The top and skirt are now so bright, clean and de-wrinkled! I was even surprised to get it early. The pricing is great and fair; the cash discount is a plus! I recommend and will return!

I recently took my son’s pants to be hemmed here and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. Jaclyn did a phenomenal job—her attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. The hem was clean, precise, and professionally done, and the pants fit my son perfectly. She was also kind, professional, and clearly takes great pride in her craft. I highly recommend this cleaners and especially Jaclyn for any tailoring needs!

dropped off a white suit jacket with 2 year old red stains all over the lapel. Lee Cleaners were able to get 99% of the stain off in 2 days!! You would havre to know something was there to be able to see the stain. for $15!! will be coming back here for every dry cleaning need!!

Dropped off a suit and my daughters JROTC uniform and needed it fast.  They were able to get both cleaned by the time I needed them.  The owner and I chatted for a while about life.  Very friendly.  They also have a seamstress.  I have some clothing I am planning on having altered and look forward to having some of my items altered.

I have been a loyal customer since 1997.There was a time I thought he was the best around.Lately he has been very rude and unprofessional. He wants your money,but doesn’t do quality service lately. I tried to talk to him and his only suggestion is take your clothes somewhere else after 27 years.My clothes were never ready when he said they would be ready.He said pick up Wednesday after 5:00..I go there Saturday and my clothes still not ready. I showed him a stain on my clothes.He takes it off with tape. I will never go back there after 27 years.He always says it’s just me and my wife.Well hire someone.Stop being a disservice to the neighborhood.

This place gives off revisit vibes. I went into this establishment to get a couple of outfits hemmed. First and foremost I was never greeted when I walked in. Secondly he lied and told me there was no tailor to hem my outfits and told me to take my items to a tailor shop. I proceeded to tell him. I have had clothing hemmed in a dry cleaners before so what is the difference of them and a tailor. He proceeds to say “He Doesn’t Have Time” this man told a customer he does not have time to take care of me as a customer. I guess I’m not light enough for him to accept my money. He was rude and did not show any type of professionalism at all. Black people BEWARE if you come here. You will get brushed off and told to take your business elsewhere. I will never step foot in this place again and wouldn’t even suggest my worst enemy come here.

I have been using the services at Park's Cleaners since 2003, and I have never had any issues. I have used Park's Cleaners for my business formal clothing, suits, and winter coats. The service has been great. I have use cleaners closer to home, but they keep knocking off my buttons. What the hell? Parks Cleaners have never knocked off my buttons or cause other issues. I would recommend this cleaners to anyone who needs a professional cleaning service. Charlie will provide a great service for the price, and you can keep your buttons. Hell yeah!!!

This is the best cleaners in Douglasville. I've been here 20 years and have tried a few of them. I had to take in a $600 out fit all white. It had been sitting for a while in a bag I thought it was ruined and started turning yellow very bad. I was so upset . My wife took it in I didnt even want to go get it. She brought it back I was in complete shock. Two other cleaners turned her down the same day. You have to respect good work and skills. Magic Touch Cleaners are real experts. I wont be going anywhere else.

I truly hope NO PERSON OF COLOR, or any minority, supports this business.

It took me a few days to write this review because I was still processing the incident that took place at this establishment over the weekend. I’ve used their services in the past and never had any issues. The last time I was there was about a year ago.

I honestly don’t believe the woman working there now is the same one from before, based on my most recent experience.

From the moment I walked in, her energy was off-putting, but I was still in a great mood. She was very snippy and unpleasant toward my daughter and me as she measured us. I even considered leaving, but since my daughter and I needed a quick turnaround, we decided to just pay and go.

When it came time to pay, I gave her my phone number, she looked at the computer, went to the back to speak with a man in a language I didn’t understand, then returned and rolled her eyes. I politely asked, “Ma’am, is something wrong?” She gave me the total and, in the rudest tone, said, “You need to pay now.”

The total was significantly higher than what I had paid a year ago. I understand that prices go up with inflation, but I simply asked if their rates had increased for future reference. At that point, she was holding my daughter’s cash. She threw the money back and said, “I’m not servicing you type of people.”

I remained calm, but I did let her know it was unprofessional, degrading, and rude to throw money at my child. I also asked what she meant by “you type of people.” She replied, “My computer says not to serve you.” I didn’t believe that, since I’ve never had an issue there before. I asked her, “For what reason?” Her only response was, “I don’t know.”

Whether she mistook me for someone else or not, her comment made it very clear why she didn’t want us in her establishment. Afterward, I read through their Google reviews, and it further confirmed why she didn’t want to serve us.

On a positive note, I was able to get a rush order done at a company in Lithia Springs called Stitch and Fit Alterations. The customer service there was the complete opposite. Although Magic Cleaners is just around the corner and Stitch and Fit is 15 minutes away, I’ll gladly pay more and make the drive for respectful, quality service.

Customer service and dry cleaning great from Gentleman!! Alterations Lady has poor customer service skills, rude, unprofessional and she makes up prices based on how she feels and her work load. She is very stressed out and needs assistance for basic needs of the customer. Overpriced with no standard price list.

I went there for an altercation. The woman working there was so rude. I asked her a simple question about the altercation and she lost it. She told me that she’s so rude because she’s busy. I wouldn't dare recommend this location to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I was in a rush for an alteration on a suit for my brother's wedding (a few days before the actual wedding). I was able to get measured for the appropriate fit, and the alteration was done very quickly. The alteration was a great job! Exactly what I needed, and friendly service. I will definitely be coming back if I need a dry cleaning service. Would recommend!
