I brought in 5 jackets for dry cleaning service. 3 of them came back damaged and 2 of them seemed to be looked after and were okay (still not 100% back to their original condition). But one of them was damaged badly. I brought it back to the store and they said ‘we will replace the damaged leather strip’. Everytime I followed up, I was told ‘it was taken to the Dickson store for fixing up but the owner is not in the town so we need to wait until the owner comes back’. After about 5wks, finally got a call that the jacket is ready to be picked up. When I picked it up, I was returned with the damaged jacket not being looked after but with a letter writing that it is the manufacturer's fault and nothing can be done. The jacket was perfectly fine before it was dry cleaned. Didn’t even want to argue back after wasting my time.

I didn’t use to reply on google review before but it was lessons learned for me that should avoid any businesses with a multiple bad reviews.

You people are destroying peoples clothing and getting away with this. I had a cashmere over coat dryed cleaned here it was totally ruined after there service worn in and loss of all material structure damaged to the third degree YOU PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA 👊

It was very bad experience and feel the owner of business does not care her customers. Simply need ironing a newly purchased dress and it has turned out more wrinkle. Spoke to the owner and she said it’s material issues and she cannot do anything about it. As a progressional dry clean business owner, she doesn’t deserve any customer respect. Find somewhere else if you can.
