Medlin-Davis Cleaners is my go-to dry cleaner. They always do an excellent job, and if there’s ever a mistake, they’re the first to admit it and make it right. I couldn’t ask for better customer service or higher-quality cleaning.

They even pick up at my home and deliver within the same week, which is so convenient. Recently, I started having them wash and iron my flat sheets and pillowcases—and let me tell you, they do an incredible job.

I have been to Merlin Dry Cleaners only twice but have been impressed with the service. The staff was very friendly and helpful when answering my questions/concerns. I really love how the detail your receipt with the designer’s name of the clothes you drop off. They send you a text when your clothes are ready for pick up too. This has been a very nice experience. I received poor-quality alterations on my new pants, as shown in my video. When I attempted to discuss this with the manager, I mentioned that this was not the first time I experienced the same subpar alterations. The manager told me that I have too high expectations. I don't think expecting a seam without snags is too much to ask.
