I had two comforters laundered for a very good price. They were packaged in reusable easy to store bags. They even took them out to the car for me.

I Dropped off a suit here in September and could not come back to pick it up for two months because I broke my ribs I was called by an employee on September 25th asking me when I was going to pick up my suit I told her I could not because I had broken my ribs two days prior and was stuck in the bed. I have phone records to prove this,  I am seeking legal action against this franchise location. I went on November 10th to pick up my suit and the guy who I originally dropped it off with said your suit was right here did you pick it up I said no so he said I will have to call the lady who put it here after looking for it for a few minutes 4 days later I finally get to speak to the owner and he tells  me he threw it out because of moth holes and it had been there too long  . when I had already had a phone call with the lady telling her I would be in there after I was back on my feet I have reached out to the BBB and a lawyer and lapels corporate office seeking a replacement or a refund for the suit the owners name is jay Mann. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I was met by a gentleman By the name of Jay, extremely nice gentleman took care of my needs explained. Everything felt very comfortable with them and then he told me it was a veteran also which is very important to me as being a marine veteran.

Always great customer service! The location is convenient so are the hours and most important the dry cleaning experience is always a positive one!

Don't come here if you want honest service. New to the area. Used a different cleaner prior. First time using MDC.
Got clothes back and thought it was decent. Then went to put a pair of pants on and found stains. Took it back and they hit me with “it was already there.” I explained other cleaners did my pants, I wore them, then gave them to MDC. They said the stain was there and they thought I just wanted to try to get it out. Didn't ask, tell me about it, or anything. Still charged me! As if I wanted a stained pair of pants dry cleaned. Way over priced anyway.

Nice people every single time I visit. One of the ladies, she and I have something nice to say to each other every time I went there for services. Ranges from hair, food, weather and how nice I dress. This place have never let me down, clean clothes, reasonable prices and nice people to talk to when my day sometimes isn't that pleasant.

They did a fine job taking care of my husband’s suit and two dress shirts most recently.   I believe they charged a fair price of $30 for these items.   Would be nice if the ladies working there were a bit more friendly!

The best in town!  I drive past several others to get to them because they do the best job on everything we take…clothes and bedding and anything you can dryclean!  Highly recommend!  And the staff is always friendly and helpful too!

Jose was very friendly and knowledgeable and meticulous on each detail of the dry cleaning work. He made sure that any parts of my clothing that can be potentially damaged were first removed and then stitched back so that they would not be damaged during the cleaning process.

He strictly followed any instructions provided for each piece of cloth and took extra caution not to risk damaging one coat of mine, which is made of both wool and down.

As of now, I trust my clothes and items to their service. I will of course come back more. It was such a pleasure getting my clothes cleaned at their place!

They shattered every single button on my jacket and vest, then tagged the garments as having arrived defective. Never coming back; they cost me a lot of money in repair work.

There was a very hypothetical response to my review from the business, so I will attach a photograph. If you had followed all of your own procedures described, this would have been a civil discussion in your shop, over in minutes. I only discovered that my favorite suit - a six thousand dollar custom piece from Orazio Luciano - the day I was putting it on for work. It was shocking. Truly, I would never trust you with my suits again. Your response did nothing to have me reconsider. I'll get my suits cleaned and repaired elsewhere.

Great dry cleaner!  For the first time, I am able to pick up my shirts and not have to touch them up before I wear them.  The owners are very solicitous and the customer care is superb.  European Cleaners also use the latest technology in the dry cleaning business and do not use any soaps or fluid that give your clothes a particular objectionable scent.

THEY PUNCTURED HOLES IN MY CLOTHES! HOW IS THIS AN ACCEPTABLE PRACTICE?????? This was my first time here. I took my custom three-piece suit, one that I treasure and only use for special occasions. My one star rating is because when I got my garments back, I noticed they put a safety pin through the back of my vest.

Dry Clean City has been my go-to dry cleaning for years. They are always friendly, accommodating with my schedule if I need a rush, thorough with their cleaning, organized, and affordable. Like any other cleaner, they cannot always guarantee the removal of certain stains, but that is called out up front that they will try. They always make sure to talk through any delicate pieces upfront too to ensure they are securely cleaned.

Wow.... I have been going here for years and I give them good business of at least $40 and often much more for my dry cleaning.  I just took my very large order of over $60.  They only button the top button and the dress shirts get a long crease in the front. The suit jackets look like they were hung out to dry.  I took these items back.  The woman I talked to told me they do not button more than the top button an they get over 400 items a day.  She told me that I may want to find a different dry cleaners.  I was taken back by her carefree and careless nature.  I was very nice when she approached me and for her to demonstrate an attitude which demonstrates I don't need your business.  And, we don't care enough to make a change to please customers.  Then I guess she really doesn't need my business.  So, I will be going elsewhere and I will highly recommend others to do the same.  Their prices are a little less than other places.  However, luckily I was able to compare the quality of work just two weeks ago and for the difference in price, the attitude and caring about customers and maintaining a business, etc., it's worth me paying $1.00 more per shirt elsewhere.

I took my 100% textured cotton bed cover from Frontgate to be freshened up; it wasn't dirty or stained, I simply wanted it freshened.  It came back with 3 large spots; they said it was the fab softener and they re-cleaned it.  I opened it while at the store to check it and the 3 areas looked as if they had been scrubbed so hard that the fabric was puckered in those areas and appeared worn down.  The first man I talked to (beard, shaved head) said there wasn't anything they could do about it and I asked to talk to the manager.  He laughed and said "you won't get anything out of him".  The manager/owner came and said he would rewash it but he wasn't making any $ on it.  The 1st guy literally laughed at me when I was trying to get it fixed or replaced - TWICE!  The owner did not stop him from laughing.  I felt very intimidated and belittled when I confronted both about how I was being treated.  I have been using this cleaner for many years and never had any problems - until I had this problem.  I simply asked for help to fold it back up and I left.  I'm out about $300 in a bed cover; but know I'm not recommending any woman go through the intimidation I went through when I asked them to make right what they ruined.

I have been going here for about 14 yrs for dry cleaning and just recently took in a dress for alterations. Besides taking a week longer than told, it was a terrible job. The seam was uneven and unacceptable. They refused to give me a refund. The charge was only $11, but when I asked if they would rather lose a loyal customer or $11, they chose the $11. That shows you where their priorities are and I will not be going there again. I work in retail, and in our business, we value customer loyalty.
