I had tried washing my coach fur trimmed purse myself and made the stains worse and the fur then looked terrible. I was reluctant that anyone could clean it. But they did a great job. It was $65 to clean because it was leather, but the purse was a gift and vintage, so it was definitely worth it. Leather/fur cleaning takes about 4-5 weeks, so just keep that in mind when taking it here. Also I took it to another cleaners, and referred me to them.

The last time I was in this dry cleaners it was fabulous. The woman was pleasant very cheerful. It probably was the owner now they have someone there that looks so grumpy and so unhappy with her job she shouldn’t be there. Also gave me a very hard time about having my down comforter laundered instead of dry cleaned she said they don’t do that when in fact they do after she checked with the owner.! Nasty attitude!!!! I’ll pick up my cleaning and I won’t be back!

I had an issue w water damage at my house. I brought some clothes to be cleaned. The staff was extremely nice. It didn’t work first time so we rewashed and it came out. They were willing to keep trying until they got it right. Never will u find better customer service..

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. All I needed was a quick place to do my laundry after my dryer stopped working this past weekend. I dropped off my laundry for wash and fold at 12pm on Wednesday and was told it would be done by 5pm on Thursday, which was totally fine! I didn’t hear anything before 5pm so I called around 6pm on Thursday knowing they close at 7pm (I just didn’t want to be that person who goes in to the store 2 minutes before closing) and explained that it was my first time going there and I was just wondering when my laundry would be done since it’s a little past the time they had told me. The manager Tiffany(?) was incredibly rude and condescending on the phone. When I explained the situation to her and asked if my laundry was ready she immediately said “NO!” without any further questions and no hesitation. I asked if she needed my name or anything for confirmation, and she cut me off and said “NO. I only have two wash and folds ready and I know they’re not yours.” She then told me it sounded like I was in a rush and there’s no way the person who initially took my order in said 5pm the next day because they’ve never had turn around that fast, and she doesn’t believe that they would even say that to me in the first place. So all in all I ended up driving back to this place and picking up my still not clean laundry that was still sitting in its original untouched bag over 24 hours later. A HUGE waste of time over the span of 2 days, and Tiffany didn’t even grace me with her super kind presence at the door.

This is a remarkably immaculate and well managed “plant on premise” facility, dedicated to, dry cleaning, alterations, and wash dry fold service.. They have a talented, professional and efficient staff on the counter as well as the behind the scenes. The service is excellent, prompt and attentive. I am pleased to be a regular customer.

My experience is 5 stars, customer service was exceptional. I dropped off and received a text 2 days later that my King and Queen comforters were ready to be picked up. It was packaged Very nicely. It looks practically brand new again, Thank you.

I gave an indian outfit for dry cleaning, despite the high prices. As I was getting ready for the event, I realized what they had done to the dupatta! It had decorative hangings on four corners, partially to add weight to keep the silky material from slipping too often. The cleaners had removed hangings from all but one corner, then packed them all together in aluminum foil! I understand that they might have done this to perhaps protect the hangings, but if so, they should have sown them back on to the dupatta corners. They also should have communicated to me that they would have to do this when I gave my outfit. Rather disappointing and careless, more so given the prices.

I had a quilt laundered, and it came out great. The family seemed very nice. My quilt was ready for pickup in a few days and was brought out in a nice bag for easy handling. I'll definitely use them again.

Don't come here if you want honest service. New to the area. Used a different cleaner prior. First time using MDC.
Got clothes back and thought it was decent. Then went to put a pair of pants on and found stains. Took it back and they hit me with “it was already there.” I explained other cleaners did my pants, I wore them, then gave them to MDC. They said the stain was there and they thought I just wanted to try to get it out. Didn't ask, tell me about it, or anything. Still charged me! As if I wanted a stained pair of pants dry cleaned. Way over priced anyway.

Nice people every single time I visit. One of the ladies, she and I have something nice to say to each other every time I went there for services. Ranges from hair, food, weather and how nice I dress. This place have never let me down, clean clothes, reasonable prices and nice people to talk to when my day sometimes isn't that pleasant.

They did a fine job taking care of my husband’s suit and two dress shirts most recently.   I believe they charged a fair price of $30 for these items.   Would be nice if the ladies working there were a bit more friendly!

The best in town!  I drive past several others to get to them because they do the best job on everything we take…clothes and bedding and anything you can dryclean!  Highly recommend!  And the staff is always friendly and helpful too!

THEY PUNCTURED HOLES IN MY CLOTHES! HOW IS THIS AN ACCEPTABLE PRACTICE?????? This was my first time here. I took my custom three-piece suit, one that I treasure and only use for special occasions. My one star rating is because when I got my garments back, I noticed they put a safety pin through the back of my vest.

Dry Clean City has been my go-to dry cleaning for years. They are always friendly, accommodating with my schedule if I need a rush, thorough with their cleaning, organized, and affordable. Like any other cleaner, they cannot always guarantee the removal of certain stains, but that is called out up front that they will try. They always make sure to talk through any delicate pieces upfront too to ensure they are securely cleaned.

Wow.... I have been going here for years and I give them good business of at least $40 and often much more for my dry cleaning.  I just took my very large order of over $60.  They only button the top button and the dress shirts get a long crease in the front. The suit jackets look like they were hung out to dry.  I took these items back.  The woman I talked to told me they do not button more than the top button an they get over 400 items a day.  She told me that I may want to find a different dry cleaners.  I was taken back by her carefree and careless nature.  I was very nice when she approached me and for her to demonstrate an attitude which demonstrates I don't need your business.  And, we don't care enough to make a change to please customers.  Then I guess she really doesn't need my business.  So, I will be going elsewhere and I will highly recommend others to do the same.  Their prices are a little less than other places.  However, luckily I was able to compare the quality of work just two weeks ago and for the difference in price, the attitude and caring about customers and maintaining a business, etc., it's worth me paying $1.00 more per shirt elsewhere.

I took my 100% textured cotton bed cover from Frontgate to be freshened up; it wasn't dirty or stained, I simply wanted it freshened.  It came back with 3 large spots; they said it was the fab softener and they re-cleaned it.  I opened it while at the store to check it and the 3 areas looked as if they had been scrubbed so hard that the fabric was puckered in those areas and appeared worn down.  The first man I talked to (beard, shaved head) said there wasn't anything they could do about it and I asked to talk to the manager.  He laughed and said "you won't get anything out of him".  The manager/owner came and said he would rewash it but he wasn't making any $ on it.  The 1st guy literally laughed at me when I was trying to get it fixed or replaced - TWICE!  The owner did not stop him from laughing.  I felt very intimidated and belittled when I confronted both about how I was being treated.  I have been using this cleaner for many years and never had any problems - until I had this problem.  I simply asked for help to fold it back up and I left.  I'm out about $300 in a bed cover; but know I'm not recommending any woman go through the intimidation I went through when I asked them to make right what they ruined.

I have been going here for about 14 yrs for dry cleaning and just recently took in a dress for alterations. Besides taking a week longer than told, it was a terrible job. The seam was uneven and unacceptable. They refused to give me a refund. The charge was only $11, but when I asked if they would rather lose a loyal customer or $11, they chose the $11. That shows you where their priorities are and I will not be going there again. I work in retail, and in our business, we value customer loyalty.
