This place is really great. The people that work here are so friendly and they just put in new card readers on the machines which I think is really convenient! Gotta come back at night for a live show

Needed to wash a comforter so I needed a laundromat with huge machines. This place has 2 that are massive (for $10/load which isn't too bad). Every machine works well, most are high tech with touchscreen controls, and the whole place is immaculately clean. There was a person on site to help at 10 am on a Friday. You want to do your laundry here!

I cant say enough good things about this spot. I love a good dive bar and this is among the best. Great vibes and cheap beers. They also have some of the best shows in the city. There are always great bands coming through. Plus, you can bring your dirty laundry!!

This place is great!!! The staff at the bar and JJ are very friendly and helpful. The machines are all well kept and clean. The vibes are chill and relaxing.
I go here whenever I stay in Columbus, especially in Old North neighborhood. Very recommended.

Very cool spot close to my college apartment and the perfect place to sit and chill at the attached bar while doing laundry. The bar has great menu items (non alcoholic too!) and have a stage for bands to perform as well. They’re currently revitalizing and are already looking phenomenal- super excited to see the finished product. I was overall very impressed by the atmosphere and environment and will definitely be coming back- would highly recommend for anyone in the neighborhood!

If I  could give this business and Charles more than 5 stars, I would. Excellent service!! I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never had an issue. Recently, we dropped off my son’s tux for a wedding he’s part of and the alterations came out perfectly.  The tux was purchased by Modern Groom and A1 determined the tux so there was some difficult alterations needed as the tuxes run slim and my son is an athletic build.  I  cannot recommend Charles and Dry Cleaning Station enough for your dry cleaning and alteration needs. He’s very reasonably priced and very professional and knowledgeable. I have been very pleased with all types of clothing as well as comforters and blankets.

This is where I bring my problems….a plaster-spattered wool cloak, a blazer with mysterious smudges, a cashmere sweater that needed to be mended with color-matched thread, muddy camping blankets, heirloom linen formal dinner napkins, yellowed with age, and anything too complicated to iron myself.  Miracles! All of these! I love this place. They can do anything!

My family and I have been going to this specific day cleaner for as long as I can remember. They're very kind, considerate, and very fair priced. They do a great job and are always able and willing to do whatever they can to help fix any issue you might have! I will also never forget them doing the dry cleaning for my grandmother's funeral for free because they knew her and she had been going to them for forever too. I will never forget that simple and kind gesture during a hard time and will always go to them for business and recommend them to anyone too.

Excellent service, quick and flexible turnaround, and very reasonable prices. Charles has gone the extra mile (without me even having to ask) to get out tough stains. I have also had pants stitched up and broken zippers repaired for reasonable prices. I have already recommended a few friends come here, and I will continue to do so any chance I get!

I couldnt reccomend this place more.  They have great prices, and truly go above and beyond for their customers.  I brought in 2 very badly stained bridesmaids dresses and they made them look brand new again! I dropped my comforter off early sept. I was told that the comforter for dry cleaning would take a little over a week and a half. (I was given a specific date- I just forget what it was right now) No big deal- that timeframe was a little longer than I expected but no worries- still was 5 stars at that point.

A couple days after my comforter was supposed to be done I swung by to get it and was told it wasn’t there. Uh what? Then was told it’s still at the shop because something about the seems of my comforter they didn’t realize. Ok whatever... the worker calls her manager and gives me a discount (when I was originally told the military discount would apply). Because now the military discount doesn’t apply to comforters.... the worker was nice but didn’t really have an idea how to fix it and was super nervous so I tried to be extra nice.

So then I come back to pick it up a few days later. She (whom I think is reviewed about before because I had the exact same experience). Got my comforter and continued to interrupt me over and over telling me how good of a deal I got. Original price was 30 and I got it for 23 or something. When she rung me out she originally said $32 was my total, and I had to tell her no I was told I get a discount. She continued to interrupt me and I was getting frustrated so I told her I would no longer be going there.

And now that I’m home using my comforter I’m 90% sure they didn’t clean it or if they did they definitely didn’t do a good job.

So to you, reading this..... go somewhere else trust me.

I have mixed feelings here. My first visit, the lady behind the register was very impersonal and did
not offer any helpful information up front. I came in with a suit and 2 winter jackets to get dry cleaned. I hung up my garments and tried to start a dialogue with the cashier. She interrupted me to say they will throw away my garment bag for my suit of I don’t take it out. Okay, no problem. I then ask, can you make sure all of the lint and cat fur is off of this jacket? Her next comment was “won’t be done until next Wednesday/Thursday”. I told her sure its not a big deal I don’t need a rush but I need to make sure...interrupted again before I could finish with “Whats your name”. The dialogue up to this point was what I would consider rude. So I asked her “Is there a problem, are you not accepting new customers?” She said “Oh no I just need info for computer” and then offered me a 15% discount. At this point she opened up a little bit and became somewhat more personable but still not very friendly.

All in all, because it was close to closing time and I needed my garments back by the timeframe she specified I went ahead and left my items.

The good news is they were done on time. Suit cleaning was very affordable at less than $10 for both pieces while the jackets were more pricey than I expected. Not a huge deal, about $45 for all 4 pieces.

I did however notice fuzz and some cat fur still on my jackets. And just a weird smell. Not like a clean fresh, but also not a bad smell....just weird. So I won’t repeat until I try another local cleaner.

Hope this review helps. They could improve their customer service a tad bit and maybe earn my business back. On the contrary, when I was coming in the cashier was having an ongoing jovial conversation with a gentleman who was leaving. Maybe its just my personal experience?

I work for Hilton and we use them for are uniforms. They will pick up and drop off clothes that's nice. they will also give use a monthly bill, again that's nice. However, they need to be told to "soak" the clothes for them to really clean the clothes you send them. They call so see if there any pick ups around 8am and if there are none at that time you then are screwed for the day for example a hotel guest stopped down around 830-9 am to give us his clothing and said he needed to be cleaned for his dinner that night. we called them back up and asked if they could stop by. We were met with nothing but, hostility and even though we use them all the time and pay them a lot of money they were unwilling to help or do anything. Lastly any type of repairs or "quick fix" type of stuff, don't expect them to get done right let alone get done in a timely manner. Further more for other recommendations look to swan or rockwell as much... much better choices

Despite the 4 complaints listed on this website, my experience was very positive and I would recommend Dale Cleaners in Grandview to anyone who asked. It's my assumption that these 4 indictments are characterized by exaggeration and exception. The customer service was very high quality, and my clothes came back clean and pressed at a very reasonable price. Both people I interacted with were very nice and helpful, they returned my clothes on the day they said they would, and it was $14 dollars for my suit. Just wanted to show you what I'm sure is the more normal characterization of Dale's Cleaners service, mischaracterized by the select few who were unsatisfied.

absolutely disgusting business practices! I asked for rushed service, the owner never cared to do that. when I went in to pick up my clothes. she said to give her 3 hours to do it. What did I paid for at the end? Ironed, unwashdd suit with stains. thanks for ruining everything!
