I was recommended this place for my wedding gown cleaning and preservation and it did not disappoint. Kim was so kind and helpful, the turnaround was quick, and the results beautiful. My dress had some significant dirt stains from our outdoor wedding and the care and results were excellent. The price was also extremely reasonable compared to other cleaners in the area. I've been telling everyone about Northwest Cleaners and it'll be my go-to dry cleaner for any future needs.

My comforter came back looking brand new, smelling fresh, and perfectly fluffed. Absolutely fantastic service! I called Kim Thursday morning and was needing a rush service that needed finished by Friday at noon.  She was able to get it turned around for a very fair price. Super friendly lady and was there talking with here for awhile once I picked up my suit and we shared a few good laughs. The location was convenient. The inside was clean and well lit. I loved being able to purchase supplies here, as well as using a card instead of a bunch of quarters. Miss Angie was awesome and very helpful. I will definitely be back.

They offer same day wash dry & fold at a reasonable price, I highly recommend if you're short on time or can't spare any. Especially late at night they offer 50% off starting at 10PM until 6AM!
Not to mention they offer self service. You can use either frontend VTM machine to add money to a "Clean Rite Center" card, or add cash onto the app (separate machines).

I’m sitting outside now upset cause this is the second time I’ve come, and the water pressure isn’t correct and the clothes aren’t getting washed. The last time the attendant had me move my clothes. This time the attendant just stated it was “slow water” coming out. At the end of my cycle my clothes weren’t really wet or CLEAN at all! And they have two prices on the dryer. Of course I was charged the higher amount.

Couple was nice and welcoming. Even help put my 50 shirts in the car for me.
They even fixed a button on one of my shirts at no additional cost.
I like to shop local. Being new to the area, this will be my spot for cleaning and alterations from now on.

I went to Queen’s cleaners based off of the fantastic reviews and I must say I am very satisfied. I brought my clothing in on a Friday To have some alterations done  and picked it up the very next day on Saturday and was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Queens cleaners she is such a sweetheart. She’s also very reasonable priced and is fair to her customers. 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Dropped 2 suits off at this place on Tuesday and was told I could pick it up Friday morning. I show up Friday morning just to be told they haven’t even worked on it yet and it won’t be ready until at least noon or 4pm. What is the point of dropping my stuff off 3 days early just for it to be worked on the day of pick up and why the hell would I be told to get it in the morning if it wouldn’t even be worked on? $73 for all this is ridiculous and made me so mad to the point I’m posting my first review ever.

I paid this place to dry clean 2 of my brand new tech fleece jogging outfits that I had only worn a few times and they literally destroyed my outfits when I got my clothes back they had oil stains on them that I had never even seen before I took them back to the store the lady that I turned my clothes in said that those stains wasn’t on my clothes when they came in they messed my clothes up I put my claim in for my clothes and they had my clothes for a month even tried to fix my clothes and it still looked the same I contacted them again and they claimed there was nothing they could do and told me to contact Nike about my clothes to get a refund BECUASE they don’t want to refund me the money for my clothes literally THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEN TO and they even have a bad reputation they stay destroying peoples clothes I even have a picture of someone else’s clothes that they tore up DONT USE SWAN CLEANERS and by the way MY LAWYER WILL BE CALLING YOU GUYS SOON 😘 literally destroyed my clothes they look horrible dry and dingy you can literally tell how bad my clothes are from the pictures and they are refusing to refund me because of how expensive my clothes are then tell me to contact Nike to get a refund after THEY messed up and I’m reporting to them to BBB since y’all think y’all can tear my stuff up and get away with it
