I’m sitting outside now upset cause this is the second time I’ve come, and the water pressure isn’t correct and the clothes aren’t getting washed. The last time the attendant had me move my clothes. I brought 3 items to be dry cleaned before a trip, I heard they had 24 hour dry cleaning. The trip was 2 days away so I had planned with more than enough time.

Tuesday I dropped the items off at lunchtime, Wednesday at lunchtime I received a call saying they needed me to sign a waiver before they would begin. Why didn’t they have me sign it when I dropped off the items in the first place? I asked if I would still had my items on time and they said no. So they returned 2/3 of my items dirty so I could have them for my trip.

I am now on my trip, and opened the third item. Since they didn’t dry clean the first 2, I only paid for the blazer. I just opened the bag to find out they did not clean the third item I paid for! It smells like my closet still and still has dirt on the sleeve from when I wore it last. I cannot believe the runaround these people have given me.

Try another facility, any other dry cleaner. At this point I have no proof they even are capable of cleaning a garment.

Rude and prejudice.  The old person staff took my clothes from the dryer wet! And she told me to watch my machines when dry. All my clothes were wet and she adamantly said I was lying. She is the one who's racist . She only like to be nice to white people and afraid of others. Very ungodly.

I would say that 50% of the washers and dryers in this location are broken. Today I used a dryer and after 40 minutes my clothes were still completely wet.

I reported this to the staff and at first she told me she could only put a sign on the broken dryer. After I started to complain she cut me off to offer to pay for me to dry my clothes. Then I proceeded to say something else about the establishment being in such disrepair and she cut me off again.

In summary, terrible service provided due to lack of working machines and wasted time using a broken machine. Terrible service by rude staff. Clearly no soft skills or customer-centric training.

This is the closest laundromat to where I live, but I will be going elsewhere from now on. This was just the last straw in what has continually been a lackluster experience.

They offer laundry service so you're often competing against the laundromat for machines, not other customers. They should run laundry service during off hours to let customers actually use the machines.

This coin laundry place is usually clean and has enough machines. Free Wi-Fi is available, which might explain why the cost is a little high. Regardless of that, it is my favorite coin laundry on the North of Columbus. The machines work on quarters and most washers also accept cards.

The washers were absolutely gross I had to clean them out before I could wash my clothes inside the rubber lip looks like it's never been cleaned two of the dryers were broke one didn't run the other the door was broke. The washers did seem to get my clothes clean and the dryers dried really fast the washers were a little expensive and after 9pm it cost $10 to use the washer.

Those washers did not get my clothes washed at all. I was reading some of the reviews about this place hoping that this small quiet place to do laundry descretely, but they were right. The newer washers at the front end were extremely grimmy from some kind of laundry soap build up, and the older ones in the back were actually clean, however a couple seemed like it didn't work because some were full of water. I have enough clothes to try both types of washers which didn't seem to wash out the stain my uniforms and clothes at all. On the other hand you had the dryers there that don't dry your clothes after cycling for 45mins. I had to make another stop for laundry the next day somewhere else. It was sad. So sad

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE (see my pictures!).

Someone suggested me to go there and take a new card. When I did that (and I made a payment of 67 dollars to do so) the machine showed an ERROR message. I lost my 67 dollars, and my card simply does not work.

I was supposed to talk to an employee to fix the problem. But there was no employee at all, and the phone number in the card is of no use because they just do not answer the call.

Look for somewhere else to wash your clothes if you do not want to lose your money.

Bit more expensive than I expected, but the place is really clean and the washers are quick. Maybe it was just my dryer but my rather light load didn't dry completely on a single cycle.

It’s a bit expensive and the washers cut off early at 6pm but the employees are generally friendly, and the place is not full of strange people like some other nearby establishments. It’s generally clean. I would give 3 stars if there were more convenient and budget friendly competitors but there are not.

Shockingly expensive washers, didn’t even get all my laundry wet much less clean.

Manager/owner hung up the phone on me after asking for the washers to be cut on mins after the cut off. I understand why there is a cut off but the place was empty and it was minutes after 6:00pm. Plus I had already started one washer and had to reload my card before starting the second. So now I’m waiting here and wasting my time as I still have to wash my second load somewhere else. The manager did not care and there was no consideration. All I wanted to do was start a second load along with my first. I will never come back, especially after he rudely hung up the phone.
