Easy & simple. I got a text message when my item was finished. They did a wonderful job with the clothing. Some alterations were made and it was beautifully done. It looks better now than when I purchased it.

Went to this place to get some shirts cleaned that had some mild stains on the collars and sleeves. When i got the shirts back the shirts still had the stains and then on top of that they lost the sleeve buttons for my cuff links shirt i had cleaned. I could of gotten the same results by washing in a washing machine and pressing with a iron myself for free.

I would of given them a 5 stars but 4 star is me being generous for what they did. I came in to see if they can attach hip straps to my travel backpack and they said they could. When it was all said and done one of the straps were attached the other way around but that wasn’t the major issue but the major one was when I inspected the buckle, the buckle was broken. It appears that perhaps it was on the ground and someone stepped on it. The sewing was good and I was happy about it. The price was $30 dollars and that wasn’t the issue, it’s about accountability and they failed to do so.

This is a business that “gets it”. They do excellent work and are customer focused.

I called at 10 am on a Tuesday and spoke to a woman who said if I could get there by 2 pm today they would get it done in a week. A huge relief! So I showed up at 12:45 pm that same day and there was one man working who said they absolutely cannot do that as the seamstress isn’t in this week. I try not to leave negative reviews if I can avoid but to promise someone something on the phone if they followed your instructions and then to have them show up and say none of that is possible is really poor service. Very disappointed in my experience.

Dropped off 3 items. 1 jacket 2 dresses. The jacket was still dirty, and the deodorant marks were still on the dresses when they were picked up. I said something to the woman who was working behind the counter. Her excuse was that her boss had poor eyesight. 40 bucks for 3 items that were not cleaned and halfway pressed. Would not suggest due to poor customer service, poor workmanship, and overpriced.

Terrible customer service from the old woman. Took an item in the get dry cleaned and when we went back to pick them up, she said they weren’t done because it takes two days. Um, we dropped them off 6 days before...
She couldn’t find them. Rolled her eyes and shook her head when I told her it had been 6 days and had to get help to find them. We won’t be back! First and last time using them.

I took my wedding dress and my husband's suit..
They just needed pressing. Brand new items.
They looked the same as when I had taken them in. Wrinkled yet new look. My husband picked them up and brought them home 3 days before the big day. I took them out of the plastic and could not believe my eyes.
Nothing was done to them. We took them back and explained. They apologized. Said, they would redo at no charge. Got them back the day before our wedding. Still the same no difference from the time I first took them in
I had to press our wedding clothes myself.
Never again!! Sad and true as God as my witness!!

I dropped my valances off to be dry cleaned. Got them back with 7 tassels that came off. They were put into a bag and attached to my order. I thought, ok I can reattach them when I get home. I can just cry. The tassels are destroyed.
