Prices are good as well as having quick turn arounds. Pleasant customer service. Being kind is always found on a 2 way street. It goes both ways. I believe sometimes that people can be so spoiled because they are so used to getting what they want, that any contraire response to their request gets them to view any continued conversations as rude, when in actuality they are the ones that become rude and sharp because they're not getting what they wanted.

Horrible customer service. My first time coming in. I walk in and said Good morning no speak back. Lady comes to the counter and says 2 shirts you can’t have them until Monday afternoon. It’s Thursday at 8am and you have next day service. I just walked out. Learn how to greet and make someone feel welcome.

She had an attitude before I even rolled my window down, and then proceeded to be snarky and rude the entire encounter. Dropped off 3 items. 1 jacket 2 dresses. The jacket was still dirty, and the deodorant marks were still on the dresses when they were picked up. I said something to the woman who was working behind the counter. Her excuse was that her boss had poor eyesight. 40 bucks for 3 items that were not cleaned and halfway pressed. Would not suggest due to poor customer service, poor workmanship, and overpriced.

Terrible customer service from the old woman. Took an item in the get dry cleaned and when we went back to pick them up, she said they weren’t done because it takes two days. Um, we dropped them off 6 days before...
She couldn’t find them. Rolled her eyes and shook her head when I told her it had been 6 days and had to get help to find them. We won’t be back! First and last time using them.

I should've read the reviews first...

Recently moved from a major city out here and had 9 casual shirts to be dry cleaned. This place was local to me so I decided to give it a shot.

First, while I dont know how much other places charge, at $8.50 per shirt this place is no bargain, they also don't do any work on site.

Second, I dont remember getting a large stain on this shirt (but it may be possible) but here we are.  Any time I have ever dropped off dry cleaning and a stain couldn't be removed it has been pointed out by the cleaner. This one was buried in the middle, they either don't care or were trying to hide it.

These are $150 shirts that only one store in the region seems to sell, use this as a word of caution, trust someone else with your garments.

Brought Davis 2 brand new suits that were only worn once. the cam back smelling so bad of cologne that they couldn't be brought into the house. I don't wear cologne so my clothes shouldn't smell like cologne. They said they clean all the suits together in the same solution. So that means everyone's funk will be on your clothes. When we asked for a refund we were told they would not refund our money, but offered to reclean the suits the same way they did the first time. I wouldn't bring anything else to this cleaners. Should have read the reviews first.

This is about my 4th or 5th time using Davis Dry Cleaners. I use them because they are conveniently located near my job and offer next day pick up if you get there early enough. This is the second time that I've used them for stain treatment. They seem to do quite well with my white garments, however, this was also the second time they have unraveled the hem from one of my dresses. The first dress had the hem unraveling as the lady handed it to me out of the window, and she told me that they weren't responsible. I begged to differ, so she called the manager and we agreed that they would pay for the damage. I was satisfied with them owning up to the damage, even though they tried to blame the designer. I mentioned that if it is the designer, maybe not accept their products or use extra care as the dry cleaner. They agreed it doesn't happen often and I accepted that as thinking it was an isolated incident and they had it under control. This time, I brought a brand new white Calvin Klein dress that I wore to church, once (first Sunday in March), and brushed against a pollen covered vehicle and it became dirty. I (don't like wearing white for this reason, but nonetheless) brought it to Davis' because I figured they could handle it, AND THEY DID! OK, so back to the problem: I went to take my dress out of the plastic bag and put it on this morning for church, only to notice that these jokers had completely unraveled the front hem of the dress and sent it back to me as if nothing has happened. When I picked the garments up on Friday evening, I checked to see if the stains were gone and they were. I didn't think to check for the hem. For their deceitful behavior, I will never return and hope this review will be able to  help someone else.

When I first dropped off my boyfriends dry cleaning, the woman at the counter was so sweet and assured me everything would be taken care of. I came back today to pick up. I didn’t check what was given to me until I got home. As soon as I saw the pants, I knew they didn’t belong to us. I immediately went back. The woman was incredibly defensive, insisting she did nothing wrong. She got the owner on the phone who could only repeat their 3 point check system and how I must not remember what I dropped off. I brought in Brooks brothers pants and was given someone else’s Ralph Lauren pants, also probably expensive. No offer to refund my service, I requested they call the customers who picked up the last couple of days. They laughed at me. Probably the worst experience I’ve had and I would strongly urge everyone to heed my warning- don’t work with people who refuse to acknowledge mistakes happen.

Customer service has a problem if you show up to pick up dry cleaning 15 minutes before the scheduled closing time. She says I wish you wouldn't come so late, I'm counting my drawer!
