Was visiting Cardiff for the weekend and had unfortunately slipped over in mud one night, the next day I stopped by here and Ayesha did a fantastic job getting the mud stains out of my Jeans, Amazing Service,  will definitely use again if I’m in need of doing laundry when visiting Cardiff again. I had a very disappointing experience at this cleaner. From the start, there was a serious lack of communication when I dropped off my item, which led to it being cleaned in a way I did not ask for. The price I was quoted at drop-off was also completely different from what I was charged upon collection. If the item couldn’t be cleaned the way I requested due to the care label, that’s completely understandable — but what’s not acceptable is failing to inform me beforehand. The lack of communication, along with inaccurate pricing, shows a basic disregard for transparency and courtesy.

When I tried to explain what happened, I was met with a rude tone, constant interruptions, and deflection of responsibility — I was told things like “that’s not our problem” or “that was the previous worker.” It felt like they weren’t interested in hearing me out at all.

Feedback, even if negative, should help a business improve. Confronting customers over a review is incredibly unprofessional — ironically, the staff even said, “this makes us look unprofessional,” while behaving in exactly that manner. They were more concerned about the bad review than actually solving the problem. I will not be using this place ever again.

Special praise to Jan!  We had ordered a prom dress that arrived with a lot of stains. Also, it needed some alterations. All this with the prom happening soon - it was all so stressful. However, on presenting the dress to Jan with all it's issues, she calmly said she could sort it. The next day she contacted us to say the dress was now ready. She had resolved the stains and made the alterations such that the dress is now perfect! Jan is brilliant and we cannot thank her enough for going that extra mile, sorting out the various issues with the dress so well and so quickly, and skillfully and reassingly defusing a very stressful situation.

I recently had a really disappointing experience at Johnson’s Cleaners in Whitchurch, Cardiff. When I went to pick up my parcel, the lady ( with blonde hair )  who helped me was incredibly abrupt and spoke to me in an awful manner. I felt disrespected and unwelcome, which is not what I expect from a customer service interaction. It's unfortunate because I've used their services before without any issues. I hope they can address this behaviour to ensure a better experience for future customers.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Johnson’s Cleaners in Whitchurch Cardiff . They sent my parcel back simply because the delivery driver was a different person. This parcel contained Christmas gifts, which I really needed to receive. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with their service. The lady who assisted me was abrupt and unhelpful, which added to my disappointment. I hope you can provide adequate training to improve her customer service in general and handling of parcels in the future.

The rudest woman ever!!! I went to return a parcel and didnt see the sign that said not to tear the label off, genuine mistake but you’d think id killed someone the way she spoke to me. Ill use a different place from now on!!!
