It's been years since I needed to go to a laundry mat and I'm so glad this was so close to my house! Super(I mean SUPER!) clean (restroom was immaculate!) well maintained machines, great prices and most of all customer service was absolutely amazing! Nancy, was informative, sweet, and all around wonderful. She not only gave me and my mom (who is  in a wheelchair) exceptional service but I don't think she sits down! Lol! Always cleaning or helping guests. We  Definitely will be back every weekend.

This place is the best laundry business in the area. The lady who runs the place is super nice, it’s clean, and the customers who come here are chill and nice. The place uses the Dexter Commercial washers. I wear a lot of dry-fits and black (Go RAIDERS), and my clothes ALWAYS come out clean and undamaged. There isn’t any single wash machines, but the 2 Load ones are perfect for smaller loads , and she does other laundry services here. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

This is a large, bright room. Security is top of mind here. There are nineteen cameras in the ceiling and on the walls, probably more.

The dryers work well. They are efficient and reasonably priced. They go for eight minutes per guarter. I had a medium sized load. My clothes were hot to the touch in twenty three minutes. The triple load washers were eighteen quarters ($4.50). That was pretty reasonable. The machines accept quarters only.

The place is not as clean as others have indicated. There are stains in the ceiling from leaks. There is crud in the soap dispenser compartments. Soap buildup is also evident around the doors and openings of some of the washers. The glass on some of the washers is foggy. There is visible smudge on the face of some of the dryers. Some of the washers have water marks from having leaked.

Laundry Plus does not appear to be that old but the upkeep has been lacking. There was an attendant present while I was there. He stayed behind the counter for the most part.  No one was cleaning most of the time. As I was folding I noticed the attendant beginning to clean.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Thrift-D-Lux for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. A few weeks ago, I brought in two pairs of pants for alterations. One pair needed a small button replaced, and the other pair needed both a button and a zipper replacement. Unfortunately, when I picked them up, the instructions were completely mixed up. They replaced the zipper on the wrong pair of pants (which only needed a button), and on the pair that actually needed the zipper replaced, they only replaced the button.

Even worse, I was charged $15 just to replace a button, which seems absurd. For the pair of pants that had both a button and zipper replaced, the cost was $45. I understand businesses need to cover costs, but these prices are unreasonably high, especially given the mistake made on my order. The instructions were clear on the tickets and were even read back to me at pick-up, so there’s no excuse for the mix-up.

On top of that, I inquired about dry cleaning for a few simple dresses, and the quote was $20 per dress, which seems excessive for basic items with no intricate detailing.

Overall, I’m very disappointed in the service and pricing. This experience has made me question whether I’ll return in the future. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of attention to detail and fair pricing from a business I’ve frequented for years.

I was quoted for 2 dresses, $35 each because I needed the zippers fixed. I thought it was insanely pricey but I agreed. I had my brother go pick up the clothes because the rest of the items in the receipt were his, they completely changed the price! It was $90 for 2 zipper alterations!!!!
She never gave me any price at all in writing and I feel like a complete idiot for not asking for it but I have never ever had this happen at a dry cleaners place.

I made the mistake of trusting Google reviews, on yelp there were several experiences like mine. Completely insane.

They advertise alterations. I took two paur of pants to have shortened.  No room to change into your clothes. In fact I was informed you have to bring them the measurements.  Never heard of such a way of doing alterations  business.

I've been using them for the past several months and they are crushed it when it comes to cleaning. My suites never looked better, an all white designer outfit that was yellow stained cause of aging. Brooks brother dress shirt with worn collar color. Ever item I bring comes back new!!!🤩

Liz was very nice and easy to talk to. She explained the process of my Dry Cleaning and made me feel my suits were in good hands. Definitely would recommend the Losee location. They delivered my suits on time and I am very pleased with the service I received.
