I can't begin to tell you how AMAZING the owner of Hill Country Cleaners is. My husband and I both misunderstand what the girl at the counter had told us ....thinking, the dress we dropped off for Homecoming on Friday, would be ready Saturday at 4pm. They close at 2pm and I panicked, cried and went to Facebook for help. I was given the contact info for the owner and he graciosuly met me and retrieved the dress!!! I will NEVER go to any other cleaner in NB!!! ABOVE AND BEYOND to make things RIGHT!!! THANK YOU IAN!!!!!!

This was my first time to use a dry cleaner in New Braunfels and I’ll stay with them! I took a sweater with a mustard stain, which they couldn’t remove, but they told me to put Spray & Wash on it and wash it in cold water, then take it back to them and they’d dry clean it at no charge. They also pointed out that one of the buttons had broken. I told them that I could fix it. The stains came out, and they also replaced the button!! Their prices are very reasonable, as well. What a find!

The best customer service. They know you by name and have become more of friends than we are customers. They remeber who you are and what you need when you pull up. Plus they know my babies love their lollipops. And to add on to it, their services are incredible. My husband is always so happy with their heavy starch jeans and dry cleaned tops. Recommend over anyone else in town!

July ‘25- This business in NB lists 5 room special carpet cleaning for $159. The office person refused to provide me with a descriptive detail in a email prior to them coming out. Don’t be fooled. They do not honor this price but rather attempted to upcharge me over $1,100 for 5 smaller room walkways that still had furniture. I did not expect nor ask them to move any furniture to clean. There were 2 men walking around claiming there was cat urine on the carpet. There were never any animals in this home. They refused to guarantee for the $1,100 and refused to do just basic cleaning for $159. Needless to say, they were escorted out. I advise you to call another service in NB as this business uses deceptive pricing tactics.

We are completely satisfied with Chem-Dry By The Millers! They came out within an hour of calling them. We have tried several other companies, which resulted in us needing more carpet cleaning for the exact same spots. No one has compared to the Millers. I used some of their lemon scented deodorizer on my carpet after the cat made a mess throwing up on it, after spraying it with chem dry's deodorizer it smells much better. Stuff works, get some if your carpet needs freshening up.

Absolutely unacceptable – they ruined my $1500 designer suit and won’t take responsibility!

I trusted Jack Brown Cleaners with my Alice and Olivia suit, worth over $1500, and they completely ruined it. The fabric is now discolored and damaged — just look at the photos. This was a vibrant, white-based floral print, and now it looks dull and stained.

What’s worse? They tried to blame the condition on me. The tag even says “redo/reject” and mentions “collar was heavily soiled” — but this was a dry clean only designer piece that should’ve been handled with expert care. Instead, I got back a destroyed suit and zero accountability.

They offered no repair, no replacement, no refund. Nothing. Just excuses.

If you value your clothing, DO NOT bring it here. I’m devastated and furious. This was more than clothing — it was an investment, and they treated it like garbage. Shame on this company.

I will continue sharing this experience until they respond and make this right.

Worst dry cleaning/laundry experience in 50+ years.  Took in dress shirts to be laundered and folded, no starch.  Received them back on hangers and starched.  Took in a formal dress shirt to be laundered and folded and received it back dry cleaned and on a hanger.  The formal shirt has a label that specifically calls for NO DRY CLEANING, yet Jack Brown dry cleaned the shirt anyway.  To boot, the formal shirt came back looking like someone had slept in it.  DO NOT RECOMMEND using Jack Brown.  Ended up taking the shirts to another laundry/dry cleaner to get the job done right.

Took in 2 of my husband's work shirts and asked that they be pressed with medium starch. Messy work for sure. The bottom of one shirt was pressed while flipped up. Other areas have funny creases pressed in. Some areas didn't get pressed at all. Will not go back.

We had a very good experience with the cleaners. My son had ripped his favorite pants in a very hard area to fix but they did an amazing job fixing it. Also did a very good job with our dry cleaning. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Great price and service. Had an oil stain on my favorite dress shirt that had been there a few days due to being out of town. They got it out and looked good as new.

On our travels we needed to do some laundry.  The New Braunfels Laundry on San Antonio was right along our path so it made it an easy stop.

We lucked into the last available parking spot…three spots directly in front of the building.

The laundromat as clean with only a couple machines out of order.    All machines run on coins.  The coin machine accepts one’s, fives and tens.
Another machine vends detergent, fabric softener and stain remover.

A few sizes of washers are available.  Smallest load was three dollars.  Larger machines are $4 or $5.50.  Dryers are $2.25.

There is a restroom but it wasn’t very clean and was out of paper towels and toilet paper.  Such are the hazards of a 24 hour laundromat.

Clean, safe and available for all the criteria.  I recommend if you need to get some clothes cleaned.

Tip tip: Tide is the only detergent in the vending machine.  Grocery store across the street has detergent.

I do my laundry there all the time. The price is reasonable ,there machines are great  .I do my grocery shopping at Arlands across the street so it’s convenient for me there’s more washers I just did not take a picture of all of them. I noticed there was a Review saying that the bathroom didn’t have a light it does there’s only 1 washer not working. Some you pay 3 some 4 and 5 bucks to wash and 2.50 big XL dryer 1.75 sMALLER DRYER

Came here in a pinch it was the closest around. Washed my clothes and then went to dry them. Put 1.75 into machine and NOTHING… there’s nobody here to even remedy the situation and to be honest I didn’t want to waste more of my money on a machine that MIGHT work… maybe the manager should check the machines regularly and place an out of order sign on the ones that don’t work instead of stealing money and letting patrons just “hope for the best”. Guess im going home with wet clothes… won’t be back. Don’t waste your money!

Lmao your lack of customer service and lack of empathy and lack of responsibility as a business owner speaks more volumes than my review ever can! How about taking some accountability, a sincere apology, and fixing your damn machine?? Wow. Don’t go here this place is a joke!!

No frills 24/7 self-service laundry. Several large washers, decent dryers, and a (sometimes) not totally disgusting public restroom. $5 for a 5 Load washer. $1.75 to start dryer. About another $0.75 to actually dry everything.
