I called to see if steam Masters would be able to clean our tile floors and the grout. They called to let us know that they could come out even earlier than we Expected. Their technician, Zack was so polite and friendly and did a super job in cleaning the floors and Grout. He went above and beyond and the floors look wonderful.

Merced and Pete did a phenomenal job on cleaning my sectional couch, ottoman and my pillows! Before they started they told me what the process would be and how much everything would cost. My furniture looks brand new again and it smells wonderful! They did an amazing job and their customer service is top tier!! I would definitely recommend them for all your upholstery needs!!

I am happy to give this place my business. I needed a laundry in New Braunfels and Googled. This one popped up. It's a modest little place with a nondescript facade. There is a little manual carwash directly next door where I was able to wash my car while my clothes washed!

The laundry itself is either coin-operated  OR you can scan the QR Code on the machines and install the app, add a min $25, and the app will let you see which machines are available to select.
There was also an employee constantly buzzing around, tidying up, keeping everything clean.

It was all easy! As a human with a technology disability i appreciated the ease of learning how to utilize and go!

* One important mention: The rolling carts are available inside but can not be taken outside. So, if you have heavy bags, baskets, or hampers, be mindful. You will have to get them in and out with your own strength.

Attendants were amazing! Greeted as people walked in, checked on everyone, helped with whoever was struggling with machines. I was a new customer and she explained everything to me.They kept the place very clean. I have generalized anxiety disorder and I felt extremely comfortable and very safe. Until I can afford a new washer/dryer… I’ll definitely be coming back.

Today I came to dry my clothes and the person who runs the laundry told me that I can no longer put the dryer to work, it would be better to go to the other laundrymat  in downtown New Braunfels. And because she doesn't want us to dirty the place and now they are closing at 830? It is a new rule now not to allow entry after 8:30 PM. Could someone corroborate the information for me? When on the internet it says at 10pm and I have come to wash and dry my clothes for a long time in this place (by the way the person mentioned above is not the skinny lady) it is a new lady.

If you go 2 hours before closing only take one small load; if not they will complain. Saw it happen to someone. The person didn't really have that much clothes and the female employee was complaining. Also the white older lady that works at night needs to be nicer and more professional to the customers. The washers all smell and are all dirty inside. They are not cleaning the rubber part which collects a lot of crap and mold grows. A small washer is $3 ( I paid an extra 50cents) for heavy soil which is supposed to provide more water but it didn't. The washer barely had water in them. The windows and seats were also very dirty.  I definitely won't be going back as the washers were dirty and smelly. The whole place didn't feel clean which is definitely not how you want to feel when you go to a laundromat.

Top notch staff, service and larger machines. The Pay Range phone app option is very convenient and saves counting quarters. This facility is always clean and the bathroom is fully stocked with necessities. My favorite laundromat ❤️

Ben did an exceptional job cleaning our carpets.  Extremely friendly and very thorough.  Carpets looked like new when he finished.  We’ll have him back again.

July ‘25- This business in NB lists 5 room special carpet cleaning for $159. The office person refused to provide me with a descriptive detail in a email prior to them coming out. Don’t be fooled. They do not honor this price but rather attempted to upcharge me over $1,100 for 5 smaller room walkways that still had furniture. I did not expect nor ask them to move any furniture to clean. There were 2 men walking around claiming there was cat urine on the carpet. There were never any animals in this home. They refused to guarantee for the $1,100 and refused to do just basic cleaning for $159. Needless to say, they were escorted out. I advise you to call another service in NB as this business uses deceptive pricing tactics.

We are completely satisfied with Chem-Dry By The Millers! They came out within an hour of calling them. We have tried several other companies, which resulted in us needing more carpet cleaning for the exact same spots. No one has compared to the Millers. I used some of their lemon scented deodorizer on my carpet after the cat made a mess throwing up on it, after spraying it with chem dry's deodorizer it smells much better. Stuff works, get some if your carpet needs freshening up.

Absolutely unacceptable – they ruined my $1500 designer suit and won’t take responsibility!

I trusted Jack Brown Cleaners with my Alice and Olivia suit, worth over $1500, and they completely ruined it. The fabric is now discolored and damaged — just look at the photos. This was a vibrant, white-based floral print, and now it looks dull and stained.

What’s worse? They tried to blame the condition on me. The tag even says “redo/reject” and mentions “collar was heavily soiled” — but this was a dry clean only designer piece that should’ve been handled with expert care. Instead, I got back a destroyed suit and zero accountability.

They offered no repair, no replacement, no refund. Nothing. Just excuses.

If you value your clothing, DO NOT bring it here. I’m devastated and furious. This was more than clothing — it was an investment, and they treated it like garbage. Shame on this company.

I will continue sharing this experience until they respond and make this right.

Worst dry cleaning/laundry experience in 50+ years.  Took in dress shirts to be laundered and folded, no starch.  Received them back on hangers and starched.  Took in a formal dress shirt to be laundered and folded and received it back dry cleaned and on a hanger.  The formal shirt has a label that specifically calls for NO DRY CLEANING, yet Jack Brown dry cleaned the shirt anyway.  To boot, the formal shirt came back looking like someone had slept in it.  DO NOT RECOMMEND using Jack Brown.  Ended up taking the shirts to another laundry/dry cleaner to get the job done right.

Took in 2 of my husband's work shirts and asked that they be pressed with medium starch. Messy work for sure. The bottom of one shirt was pressed while flipped up. Other areas have funny creases pressed in. Some areas didn't get pressed at all. Will not go back.

We had a very good experience with the cleaners. My son had ripped his favorite pants in a very hard area to fix but they did an amazing job fixing it. Also did a very good job with our dry cleaning. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Great price and service. Had an oil stain on my favorite dress shirt that had been there a few days due to being out of town. They got it out and looked good as new.
