I have never met a more friendly person who also works within your price range, in a fair and honest way. He helped me with recommendations on where to source the materials that I needed for reupholstering my outdoor patio furniture (previously all bright red pillows), and he also completed hemming details on five pairs of pants (which were various different materials, including corduroy, denim, and dress pant material). His communication and attention to detail is outstanding, and he is so warm and friendly. There is a single change room inside the shop in order to try on the garments, and there is also street parking out front of the shop. If you are looking for exceptional craftsmanship AND looking to support a small business, I cannot recommend him enough! You will not be disappointed, and you will definitely be returning with all of your tailoring needs!

Ramsey was INCREDIBLE! I got my wedding outfit 2 days ! before I needed to wear it and he was able to make both the top and bottom pieces fit me perfectly! And was able to get the rush job done overnight!  Haha don’t intentionally put him through that - but his work was phenomenal, his prices were very standard for the industry (if not a little cheaper than a big business). And he even gave me a coupon for my next visit. 100% would recommend.

It's a bit easy to miss this shop, but the service is top-notch. As soon as you enter the place, the ambience just seems legit. Touch Stitch expertly repaired a rip in a much-loved and delicate leather jacket. When we dropped off the jacket, they communicated an expected wait time and cost. When we picked it up, they showed us how they fixed it and gave advice on how to prevent further stresses on the repaired area. Overall, a great experience. We'd not hesitate to return for any other leather repairs in the future.

Opens 11am (if you come earlier collect the poly bag put the clothes inside and keep your phone number inside with when you want to collect) and closes 5pm (take care, after the time you may miss the collection) call before you go to take delivery. Bus route 4,7,91 near at Union/king.

Opened for me after I arrived after 2pm so I could pick up my suits… so grateful! (Was coming from London, so really appreciate them understanding!)
Also trusted them to clean my wedding gown after I saw it had been stained with mascara after several fittings. They tried to spot clean first, which was great, since it would save me some money. Had to do a full clean to get it out, but absolutely worth it.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I just went there to dry clean our winter jackets/shoes. One of them was a white jacket with only a tiny red pen mark on it that needs to be removed. When I came back home, I found the entire jacket is tainted in green and could not be removed no matter what (I did not discover the spots there because they hid this one behind other clothes). There was only a pink note on the hanger saying "that was the best they could do". We cleaned for $200 worth of clothes. They did not even bother to say they were sorry to our face. When I called in, their owners were out of town and no one could give us a proper explanation for another whole week. If anyone is looking for a place to dry clean, this is NOT the place you want to go.

I dropped off 5 peace’s on Wednesday to get cleaned for Friday and they charged me for everything and only had 2 jackets ready I don’t know how a place like this is even in business I will never use them again worst service I’ve ever had I had to call the bride and groom and tell them that I do t have a suit to go to they’re wedding because the dry cleaner can’t find my pants or shirt 0 stars if I could
