Need to get the rest of the washers and dryers up and running. Otherwise it's a great little place

Clean enough but more than half the machines were out of order.

Frustrating experience.  Half the machines were not in service.  Washer that was supposed to work ate my change.  Then I paid for a laundry card as i was out of change...2 machines took my credit but failed to operate.  Had to buy more credits to dry my clothes...credits start at $10
Cost me close to $25 to wash 3 loads.  Called help line, but no answer.  If I needed a reason to hurry up and replace my broken machine, here it is.

This place is generally dirty. Staff are not present. It is camera monitored. You must phone them if help is needed. Lots of machines are out of order. The majority of machines are old. Restroom, toilet, and floors have been dirty every time I have been there. This visit was the first time that the cement floors have been swept since I started coming here. Most machines use a card that you have to purchase and load. I find it expensive because you can not buy just 5 extra minutes on the dryers. You have to buy 30 minutes. Looking for an alternative place for laundry in the area. Owners might be over their heads to deal with all that is required to operate and maintain this business. I hope they make it, soon.

My washer broke down mid April after 20 years of service. I live near Selkirk (w/ a poor laundromat) so I Googled and found this one.
I hadn’t been in a laundromat mat since the 70’s and had no clue about paying etc, so I called the help line posted.The owner was there in 2 to 3 minutes and helped me out. Great service! Machines were good and site was clean.
