I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I have used this place since I moved to the west side a year ago

They always have very competitive prices and my suit always looks sharp after I take it in. They almost always finish before the quoted time and will text you as soon as your dry cleaning is done.

On my most recent trip, I took in a handmade dress that my fiancee's grandmother sewed for her when she was a kid. I asked them to take good care of it as the dress was 20+ years old and we wanted to preserve it. They removed all of the stains, including red Kool-Aid stains, and the dress looks brand new.

Very satisfied with the customer service and will be coming back anytime I need something dry cleaned.

I dropped off a baby boy baptism outfit to be dry cleaned and pressed. They charged me 9.98 to clean and press it which I prepaid. On the day of pickup I received a voicemail telling me I owed another $16 at pickup because they undercharged me for it. I decided to immediately go and ask for it back since there was no way I was paying $25 for it to be cleaned. There was no apologies whatsoever and the woman just said it was cleaned but not pressed so you can take it the way it is. I never would have dropped it off if I would have known they were going to charge so much for such a small piece and I definitely did not get what I originally paid for. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want bad service and unapologetic people who clearly don’t care. The woman said just for future reference it’s $25 for baptism outfits before I walked out the door.

Esteem cleaners did an excellent job cleaning two items that had been left sitting for a while.  I wasn’t sure they could get them cleaned.  When I picked them up, they were like New again.  I will use Esteem Cleansers again.  And thank you, again.

Excellent service and pricing! I’m so glad I found this place, newer to the area and was using a grocery store dry cleaning service that was expensive and didn’t get my clothes clean. I prefer to support local businesses and it was such a great value, 3 wool skirts and 2 wool blazers for under $35! I told everyone at work about it too and several took their business card from me. I wasn’t compensated for my review nor do I know the owners I just give credit where credit is due.

I have never used a dry cleaner before and went here for my daughter's baptism dress. Little did I know they need more than 2 days for a service like that. They were beyond kind to place the item on a rush for me and get it done and ready for pickup the very next day. They went the extra mile when they didn't need to and I am beyond appreciative of that and the quality work they provided too!

I am so pleased to have Bright and Fresh as my go to alterations! Her prices are extremely reasonable. There’s is never longer than a week wait time.  She will try to commit to sooner if possible. She matches the thread exactly to the thread on my items I have hemmed. She’s very talented.  I like my pants to fall just above the floor so that if I wear flip flops my pants still don’t touch the floor. And they are perfect every time.

I have been going to Bil-Mar Cleaners for a few years and they always do an excellent job and are so nice. Their prices are great and they have gotten suits done for me very quickly when I needed them. I also had my wedding dress preserved by them which turned out amazing and it came back in a beautiful box with a window that I could see my dress through. The pricing was competitive and cheaper than davids bridal. I’ve had them repair buttons on coats as well and would use them for alterations any day. If you’re looking for your new cleaner, this is the place to go!

Amazingly, they have also done and EXCELLENT job on stained ties. If Bil-Mar can't clean and press your ties like new, then no one can; ties can be tough to clean.

I had a job interview and stopped by and asked them how long to press my dress shirt. He said they would do it if I could wait.

They got it done in 15 minutes and when I tried to pay him, he said “Good Luck on the interview”. I was so pleased. Excellent service is what they demonstrate.

Very good customer service. Clothes cleaned. And they ask if you want starch or not & how much...light or heavy. Never had that question asked of me from any cleaners before.

Sherry was kind enough to  help me out my son plays  in the band & they were having a concert at school. I purchased a new shirt but it was too tight so I took his old dress shirt to her bout 3:30pm to press it and even though she was swamped with a lot of orders she told me “give it here come back by 5pm to pick it up “his concert started at 6. I was so happy I needed that shirt to be crisp and  boy oh boy was it. Also I’m not sure if it her husband or brother but when ever I pick up my orders I’m always asked do I need help to putting my stuff in the truck. Very kind people 🥰😊
