Booked this company to clean some upholstery today in our condo - and the work done by their guy, Alex, was next level.  Actually, we were blown away by the service we received.  A French tufted cream linen headboard (installed some 18 years past) was definitely showing its age, and had become badly discoloured.  Alex spent a good couple of hours deep cleaning it and it's as good as new.  This guy is OUTSTANDING. Million star service!

I have never met a more friendly person who also works within your price range, in a fair and honest way. He helped me with recommendations on where to source the materials that I needed for reupholstering my outdoor patio furniture (previously all bright red pillows), and he also completed hemming details on five pairs of pants (which were various different materials, including corduroy, denim, and dress pant material). His communication and attention to detail is outstanding, and he is so warm and friendly. There is a single change room inside the shop in order to try on the garments, and there is also street parking out front of the shop. If you are looking for exceptional craftsmanship AND looking to support a small business, I cannot recommend him enough! You will not be disappointed, and you will definitely be returning with all of your tailoring needs!

Ramsey was INCREDIBLE! I got my wedding outfit 2 days ! before I needed to wear it and he was able to make both the top and bottom pieces fit me perfectly! And was able to get the rush job done overnight!  Haha don’t intentionally put him through that - but his work was phenomenal, his prices were very standard for the industry (if not a little cheaper than a big business). And he even gave me a coupon for my next visit. 100% would recommend.

It's a bit easy to miss this shop, but the service is top-notch. As soon as you enter the place, the ambience just seems legit. Touch Stitch expertly repaired a rip in a much-loved and delicate leather jacket. When we dropped off the jacket, they communicated an expected wait time and cost. When we picked it up, they showed us how they fixed it and gave advice on how to prevent further stresses on the repaired area. Overall, a great experience. We'd not hesitate to return for any other leather repairs in the future.

I brought the dress to stitch it and the manager-the tailor  did a fantastic job… the tailoring was impeccable  and the dress fits perfectly . Work was done in a timely fashion and I was notified by email that items were available for pick up. Brought my daughter's flower girl dress in to get hemmed and taken in. The women in Stitch it were so amazing. My daughter's dress was huge on her and they were so patient snd attentive to all the intricate detail in her dress. I just picked it up the other day and it is absolutely beautiful! It fits her so perfectly and they kept all the detail, you can barely tell it had any adjustments made to it. Helena was the one who worked on it and she did such an amazing job! Nasarin did a great job on my dress.  I bought a long evening gown for my daughter's wedding, which was too long and had to be hemmed, and brought it in to Stitch-it in Lynden Mall.  Nasarin was very patient and there were two layers and she hemmed both of them.  The outside layer was sheer and had beading and she did a fantastic job hemming it with extra beading.  Mind you, it was a bit expensive, but it was an intricate job.  I would recommend no problem
