I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My brand-new, never-worn blazer was returned with a broken button and without any communication from the company. Im sure they won’t offer a repair or replacement. Unfortunately, I only noticed the damage when I went to wear the blazer. Given the premium price paid for dry cleaning, it is completely unacceptable to receive an item in worse condition than when it was sent in.

Signed up for laundry concierge as it seemed like an easy way to handle dry cleaning and be able to track it. In early June I dropped off a duvet for dry cleaning, I followed the steps on the app for putting it into a locker properly and marking is as dropped off. Little did I know that would be the last time I see that duvet!

Since then, I never got any updates about it being cleaned and brought back for pick up (expected time was 1 week). I reached out via email where the manager informed me that they would look into it, but required me following up multiple times before I got a response. They then gave me a phone call saying there was some issue on their side with the cleaning not being assigned to my account properly but that they had put it in one of the lockers and were going to text me the locker and code for pickup. I asked on the phone call for them to confirm what it was they put into that locker since it had not been 5 weeks since I dropped it off for delivery, they said they would check and call me back and that was the last heard from them. Luckily on that call they said they were not going charge me for the cleaning because of the experience.

I never found out what locker it was in or what the code was, I never heard back about confirming what they think was in the locker. And after almost 2 full months of waiting I’m assuming that duvet is probably lost.

I most definitely would have been much better off with a standard dry cleaner, I would not recommend use of this service.

Amazing wash and fold service! Dropped my laundry off in the morning and it was ready by the afternoon—super quick and convenient. Price was fair and reasonable!

Clothes came back fresh, perfectly folded, and neatly packaged. Friendly staff and smooth process from start to finish. Definitely a game-changer.

There is no parking on their side of the street so might have to park across the road or on a side street to drop and pick up! But totally worth it!

I can’t rate this place highly enough. I left a pair of shoes in that were nearly impossible to get the stains out of, and they were able to get them out after several attempts and different approaches. They were determined to get the job done and the shoes came back looking brand new I couldn’t believe it. On top of that they are extremely polite and professional. Very reasonable pricing too. 10/10

Today was my 2nd time washing clothes at Trendy and I'll be a returning customer.

Lots of machines.. clean.. safe.. and NONE of the shady characters that you unfortunately encounter at too many other laundromats.

Also met the owners: you know a laundromat is well cared for when you see the owners taking the time to inspect and clean the machines. Despite the heavy snow today and my mom and I walking in and around the laundromat in our wet boots, the owners kept smiling and were so hospitable.

All and all: excellent machines that thoroughly clean your clothes and is, frankly, one of the best laundromats I have been to. Very reasonably priced as well.

Dry cleaning magicians. They managed to completely remove a lingering oil stain from a pair of lavender dress pants. Pants look good as new. Highly recommend!

I recently checked out this coin laundry after hearing so many good things, and I’m so glad I did! It was amazing! I haven't stepped foot in a laundromat in years, but I had a big pile of linens and other items that needed washing. The place was spotless and really well-kept.

Whenever any of the machines had a little hiccup, the staff jumped right in to fix it without missing a beat. The two owners and their son were super friendly and even offered to help me load and fold my big stack of laundry. I spent about 4–5 hours there, and I saw them assisting all sorts of customers with smiles on their faces. Their kindness and readiness to help really impressed me. I would wholeheartedly l recommend them.

I was looking for an automated laundromat and found this place with many positive reviews. While driving here, I hoped it wouldn’t disappoint me. Upon arrival, I found the atmosphere to be very pleasant and peaceful . The store is clean and looks fresh. I’m leaving a 1 star review because the last few times that I’ve been here, I have encountered issues with the dryers where they will literally take 4-5 quarters which equals 20-25 mins but only dry for about 10. Sometimes the heat goes off and then the machine stops. Take out your items, put them into another dryer and it’s the same thing. 4-5 quarters are only about $1.00-$1.25 but when you need to keep changing dryers, it’s your time that is wasted. I’ve come in the morning, I’ve come at lunch and in the evening and afternoon. The last time I visited was yesterday on a Saturday evening which is usually busy and there was no attendant there to help. No way of contacting someone either. I would rather drive further to another coin laundry to get my items washed and dried.

First time at this dry cleaner.  It was absolutely disgusting. The floors were so dirty full of hair, dust, dirt and dryer sheets I felt like I needed to rewash anything that accidentally fell on the ground. I put stuff in the dryer at 8pm and I'm still her at 953pm. 2 hours and $10 later just in the dryers and my stuff is still not dry. The dryers constantly stopped, but kept running the time. What a scam to get people to pay more. If you come here watch your dryers carefully. Washing three loads of laundry cost me more that a Swiss Chalet dinner. I will never come back here again. Across the street where the Mr.Sub is, there is a new laundry mat. I'm trying that one next time.

Most of the dryers are not working, be careful with all washing machine and dryers. They are damaged from inside, they can break your clothes, please inspect all the machines before you use them or do a favor to yourself, go find another laundry.... your are welcome!

Washing machines was fine but the dryers are not drying at all. I dried for 30 minutes and after I open the dryer door everything was ice cold. I divided my clothes into 2 part and run 2 dryer there was just one hand full clothes and both of the dryers failed drying. I don’t recommend anyone wasting their time here. Place looks clean but the machines are not working properly.

False weighing amount. Was told all my clothes weighed at 80lbs. I brought my clothes to another service the same day, which they weighed all at 66.5 pounds. Lying, scheming, over priced company. Not worth it! Would rate this a -0 if I could.

I've used this service a few times a year ago and always really liked it. However, this time I received my items back with a very noticeable fragrance, triggering my and my son's asthma, despite paying extra for the fragrance-free detergent (as I've done all the times before without issue).

I haven't even been able to take the clothes out of the bags because of the smell. Now reading other reviews, I'm a bit afraid of what I'll find. Definitely won't use the service again unless the smell is fixed.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Alfred Dry Cleaning, and I wouldn’t recommend their service.

I dropped off a white jacket on October 5th, clearly noting stains on the cuffs and inside the neck. I picked it up on October 11th to find the locker unlocked, the jacket hanging in a flimsy plastic sleeve, and dirtier than when I sent it in.

After weeks of unanswered emails and follow-ups, their Operations Manager finally contacted me on November 1st, promising to personally oversee the cleaning. Yet another week passed with no updates, and when I finally got through to him, I was told the jacket had been returned to a locker without any notification.

I picked it up today—six weeks after I initially dropped it off—and it’s still dirty and wrinkled. Unprofessional and unreliable at every step.

Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for dry cleaning.

I dropped my jacket on Tuesday and since then they have been unreachable. It has practically been a week. I'm worried that my jacket is lost forever now. I should have never trusted this service. If you are considering using them, please just go to your neighborhood's dry cleaner. This is horrible.

Always overcharge despite comments on the pickup form. Non-responsive costumer service, either ignore your message or responding after several resend. Average ironing and challenge to clean white shirts.

I've been using Alfred at least once a week for over a year and they have always been excellent. Ran into an issue where all the lockers at our condo were full. I email asking what to do, within minutes I got a call and an email, they wanted to make sure my dry cleaning got done, they said they were on the way to come and pickup and to leave it at the front desk. It wasn't just a form email or a try again later, but a real solution. I really appreciate the extra effort, it makes me so happy to see service is still alive and well.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for over 5 years now, and I’ve always come with one or both of my young children. The owner is such a nice person, he actually cares about his customers and this place. It’s always super clean, I try to come at specific times when I know I won’t be busy, because it can get quite busy here. Lots of parking and other stores, food places around while you wait. The staff is also really nice. It’s always a pleasure going there and when I am there, I feel like part of a community. This is hands down the best laundromat I’ve ever been to, which is why I have continued to come once a week for 5 years!

I got the dress on time, clean and odourless (mild deodorization was done, not bad). Exceptional friendly service by Fred. Door2Door is an exceptional service. I have used this service for dry cleaning, regular laundry and recently to clean a 30 year old wall hanging rug. The service and results were excellent. They went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They are accommodating and the communication is great. These days it is hard to find someone to connect or communicate with in person. They take pride in the service they provide to the customer.

I sent him photos of my wedding dress and he gave me a quote and delivered the quality. Preserving a wedding dress is a bit pricey but you want to make sure someone handles it with care and Fred and his team did.

We also got my husband’s 2 suits and 5 dress shirts cleaned and it was nicely done.

The service is amazing; they came to pick it up and dropped it off afterwards as well; the driver is very polite and gives you a heads up so you can come down and meet them in the lobby when they get there.

Would definitely be using their services again.

I came to get straps on a dress shortened. There are now several HOLES and catches in the fabric where they made a mistake and ripped out their stitches. One strap is shorter by about 1/2 inch and they cut all excess strap off, leaving no allowance for adjustment!  Brand new 200$ dress ruined.

I would’ve preferred honesty about their ability to do this alteration properly.

A very clean laundromat, lots of machines; washers 16@2.50, 6@4.50, 2@6.50, dryers 18@.25/6 mins. 2 change machines that mix in laundry coins (to discourage non-customer use). Vending machines with better prices than the 7-11.

I have been using this laundry for 5 years, but I don't use it anymore and I don't recommend it. The current Chinese lady who repairs clothes and gets paid for washing clothes for people who don't have time is very rude. I had to use the dryer (the big one) and the Chinese lady didn't want to remove her clothes from the machine, even though the time was up. I had to divide the clothes into smaller machines. I will never go back and I don't recommend it.

I used to love this place!! Sadly ever since Tina left I noticed it went extremely downhill in regards to the cleanliness, customer service and just place as a whole. The dryers are always filthy now and washing machines always reek of dirty water. My recent visit I asked the new lady for napkins so I can clean the dryers that I’m using and she goes to say “Use your hands, then you can wash them in bathroom” mind you they don’t even have hand soap in the bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting behaviour. Will attach pictures for proof.

The pricing is very reasonable. Compared to my previous dry cleaner—who charged me $20 just to scrub one pair of pants—North York Premium Dry Cleaners only charged me $26 for two pairs (jeans and cotton). Other places often look for reasons to charge more based on the material, but not here. I truly regret not finding this place sooner.

Ordered pick up service in July for a few summer pieces and a moose knuckle winter jacket. Got the summer clothes back real quick - delivered to my door - and that’s the only good part.

The winter jacket part was a mess. I did not get my jacket back until late September and initially they said it would take a few weeks. Since I did not hear back from them in August, I went into the store to check in person. The lady said she would look for it and call me back - no call back. Went to check in person again a few times and I got asked - “are you sure it’s not delivered to you with the other clothes? You told me it was delivered (what???)” because she marked “all picked up” on the receipt which showed that they did NOT log and track the items. Finally they figured it out that my jacket was in the other location. Picked it up myself and guess what - the hood was missing.

Waited for a few more weeks to get my hood back.  Again the lady said someone would deliver it to my door which did not happen. I also got asked by her if I was 100% sure it was not delivered to me 😅. I had to go in and check in person again. The irony part was that I got an email from them 5 minutes before I arrived that the item was ready for pick up. When on earth did they mention I will be notified by email?? At that point, I was already speechless and grabbed the hood and left. I got home and saw a stain and scratch on my hood which were not there before.

The service and communication is inconsistent and has great room for improvement. I’m posting this comment for future customers and I will not ever go back.

I brought my son’s Canada Goose Vest here for cleaning.  Was surprised canada goose listed two other cleaners that when I called had extremely high prices.  I found Steeprock cleaners close to my area.  Edward saw the vest was very dirty and was never cleaned.   I was amazed when I picked it up it looked brand new.   And we were fairly charged.    Edward is very kind, friendly and honest.  He knows how to remove the stains and takes pride in the work he does. They ruined my The Row top without telling me, they stretched the top’s neck and shoulders parts, totally ruined the cloth. They fold it on an hanger and gave to me, I trusted them so I didn’t check back then. I took it out from the plastic bag yesterday and realized that the top is totally ruined by them and I can’t wear it again. They definitely know that but didn’t say anything about it when I pick it up, even charge me full price for dry cleaning at that time. They wasted me more than $1000 dollars and also charged me the dry clean fee. So dishonest and unprofessional.

Very disappointing experience. I brought in a delicate and expensive outfit with an oil stain that I had already tried to remove at home without success. I made it very clear to the staff that if they couldn't clean it properly, they should let me know beforehand — I didn’t want the fabric to be damaged further. They confidently reassured me, even somewhat mockingly, saying “we’re professionals, not amateurs,” so I trusted them.

Five days later, I picked up my clothes, paid, and left. But as soon as I stepped outside into better light, I noticed the stain was still there. I went back in and politely pointed it out, but the response I got was completely dismissive: “Yeah, that’s what it is. What do you want me to do?” No apology, no explanation, nothing.

This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I won't be returning, and I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone who values their clothes or expects honest service.

Today they charged me $50 for one skirt and one top. The women delivering said she had to charge me $15 for delivery-BUT thier website says free pickup and drop off. They jacked up the price and are scamming customers. Do not go here. They are not honourable people, very dishonest. I will never use them again.

UPDATE: RESPONSE TO BELOW - ALL of those charges should have been discussed with me before I had to pay not after. I never asked for rush I had no idea about the delivery fee as I've used this service before and was not charged that- I'm in the same location.  plus you never mentioned a rush fee when I asked for an explanation of the breakdown. You are backtracking what you're saying because this conversation is public. Not okay.

I consider myself a laundry expert, so I typically don’t let anyone else touch my laundry.
I’m on a vacation in Toronto with my family of 4. Normally I would do laundry in the hotel, but my hotel doesn’t have a guest laundry room. I found Augusta because it was close to my hotel and had great reviews. I dropped off a bunch of laundry around 10am, went to have our day sightseeing around the city, and all of our laundry was delivered to our hotel by 10pm.
This was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend - especially for travelers who don’t have much time!

When first arriving to the big city, I was working a lot. One day I confessed to a mate that I was feeling the weight of the accumulating chores waiting for me at home. I was informed about wash & fold services then.

I shopped around & felt quite uneasy about most places I visited. Then I walked into Augusta Laundry.

The staff have been very lovely; every time I have contacted. Smiles, patience, great energy. That is just the people.

They bundle with twine, organize & separate my things accordingly. They fold better than me, even on my best day. They cater to my skin sensitivity needs. They ask if there are any special requirements to be conscious of. They also provide a pick up & drop off service. All at a really fair & affordable rate!

It may sound silly, but I look forward to laundry time now. I have great respect for this business & its employees. 5 stars is not enough.

Augusta Coin Laundry was a fantastic experience. I'm not very familiar with laundromats, but I had to wash some large bed covers that wouldn't fit in my machine at home. The employee working there was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Very good experience. Employees are nice and professional. Machines are clean. I got all of my laundry done with very reasonable prices. They also provide baskets for transport wet laundry to dryer as well as folding desk. You will have all you need. Only one thing take cash.

We stayed for a few days in Toronto at the end of 2 weeks travelling around Ontario and didn't want to spend our valuable holiday time doing laundry. We put a lot of very grubby clothes (worn hiking, tubing etc) in for a collection, wash, dry and return- easily booked online. They were returned to our rental apartment within 24 hours, immaculately clean and beautifully packaged and folded so that they were crease free. The price was extremely reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. 100% recommend, and if I lived in Toronto I would be tempted to use this service on a regular basis! Clean, machines are all usually working (bottom row of dryers tend to dry faster), friendly and helpful people work there. They have a drop off service if you don't have the time to - or interest to - do it yourself.

Love that this place heats their water using solar energy! What a cool idea. Also, free WiFi and great hours. Oh, and it's coin operated, not stupid card operated. Only downfall is that there isn't really a good place to sit and chill while you wait.

This place is clean, machines are new, and in good repair. They offer dry cleaning services too. Owner is a kind and caring person. One of the best coffee places in town is next door.

If there is anything that upsets me the most is when my time is wasted.  I was at this laundry mat at 6:20am and put in 2 loads with soap.

I go to put a bill in the change machine and it doesn’t work.  My understanding is that it only takes loonies and toonies, which is totally ridiculous. Not one sign around stating that their change machine is not working properly. Why wasn’t the change machine inspected by the owner when they opened the mat in the morning? The phone number listed on the wall to call in case of an issue is out of service.

I had to spend an additional 20 mins trying to find a place to get change for $20. There was another local laundry mat that actually had a working change machine and I was able to get change. Ironically, the laundry Mat I got change from did not have signs on their wall discouraging people from using their change machine if not doing business with them, yet Beach Solar Laundry mat does…

A business that solely relies on one way of payment to use their machines, but fails to provide the means to use them. No signage or warnings at there door about their defective change machine. No customer service apparently until 8am when the dry cleaner next door opens.

Before covid I was tolerating when their machines didn’t work because of lovely ladies working there. But current staff members are so rude; dryers don’t work properly so you have to pay double to dry your clothes. And it looks like the owner doesn’t care if he loses the customer. Because when I complained about the ongoing issues there He advised me to go other laundromat close by. Unbelievably rude. They definitely lost me.

I saw an ad for Rinse and wanted to try it (got a sign up discount 🤘). The service was amazing and easy!

I placed an order and got a message that a driver will be on the way to pickup my laundry the SAME DAY!  The Rinse Valet and gave us a Rinse branded duffel bag (That you can keep as a customer at no extra charge!!). We filled up the bag and gave it back to their Valet.

Our laundry was returned the next day nicely folded and looked professionally cleaned. I didn’t have to leave the house at all!

Such a scam of a company. If you click on their website they will text you a vague message confirming an order. I placed an order with another company Tumbil, and was driving when I received the vague text message from rinse, I later realized the mistake and asked if I could pick up my clothes as I didn’t actually place an order, I didn’t give payment details etc. I asked to pick up my items. They were sketchy the entire process. The cost was double that of Tumbils, and they also charged me a rush fee which I didn’t even agree to. Overall extremely shady. As for the outcome of laundry, coloured clothes are ok. Whites def got mixed with something else as they are no longer crisp and white. Not worth the money AT all even if it was cheaper I would never recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with this dry cleaning service! From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. I sent an email describing the damage to my jacket (super puff got stained all over in washing machine), and by the next business day, Mike contacted me. I stopped by to show the stains, and he assured me they would try a couple of different approaches to remove them.

To my surprise, just two days later, I received my jacket looking like new! I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly skilled.

My go-to cleaner. Mike runs a fantastic service, with a quick turn around. I first went to Park Lane to clean some winter jackets. Mike handled my North Face and Canada Goose with care and also took the time to inform me about the jacket’s warranty to fix some fraying on the sleeve. I recently came to get two suits hemmed and pressed, and Mike handled them so well. I could not recommend this place enough.

I recently used Parklane cleaners for Press only services for my 9 shirts and dryclean my comforter, pretty disappointing experience, when i went to pick my shirts they were ironed but not folded and the shirts were in hangers with all the labels and stickers on the top and bottom buttons. This is so much inconvenience as I had to come home and spend 30 minutes to remove the plastic, labels, stickers, and then fold my clothes and put in my closet. When I was picking my clothes i asked the lady at the reception a question " dont you guys fold clothes?" She said we charge 20% extra for that - wow astonishing, never heard something like this from a dry cleaning shop. It was my mistake to find them on google, got fooled by the reviews to use thier services, possibly a shop of 2-3 employees but they all work in silos with no consistency over pricing between employees. Absolutely not going back again and wouldnt recommend.

This is the best dry cleaner I have ever been to. The owner is so sweet and accommodating and can do beautiful repairs and alterations. She even was able to hem a dress in one day for me for a wedding and it looked flawless. She has done some very difficult repair work and it always looks beautiful. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

The owner is sweet but it took over a week to clean my suit. Had to go 3 times to pick up the stuff and she forgot to clean the shirt every time. Almost missed my event. I'd avoid this place for anything time sensitive.

I was looking last minute to get my suit dry cleaned. She politely explained that it was too late for same day dry cleaning but offered to press my suit and do some spot cleaning free of charge. Super kind and understanding service. I even tried to leave a tip but she ran after me refusing it haha. Thank you!

Asked if two suits could be dry cleaned in a week. Came on the day and only half of each suit was ready. She told me to come back next day and would call me. Never called so I came back in, said she didn’t call me because wasn’t ready (only had one suit). Went on my trip missing a suit. Came back a THIRD time and had to wait 20mins while they searched for my item. Unfortunately a waste of time and not worth it.

Worker told me she’d give me half off for a jacket cleaning and didn’t give me the discount. Next, when I went to pick it up based on the date on the receipt, it wasn’t ready. Finally, the belt wasn’t on my jacket at all despite me dropping it off fully intact.

I enjoy coming to this laundromat for their wash n fold service and particularly to see Lee Anne's friendly face and patience in explaining any issues I may have in a professional manner.

Most washing machines are small (single load) but there are some larger machines that can fit 2,3,4 and one of even 5 loads. Dryers are quite large. The place seemed overall clean and had some books for kids to play with while waiting. Only very few machines were not operating. It seemed like a great alternative, and as you can tell, the name is catchy and adorable.

Sun King Cleaners Toronto's Premier Dry Cleaner

Yea I have the same review like others I brought it a brand new tuxedo shirt from “Soul Of London” from Harry Rosen. This shirt is very expensive the ring of the collar is still there. Even though I never took this out of the plastic and the bag they told me they cannot clean it again for free. Customer service is t their specialty. If we bring something in to clean that’s dry cleaned please clean it like we pay a good price for proper service. I don’t care if it’s been 8 months since I brought this is in how’s everything is cleansed but the collar. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this place for service. Mainly due to the customer service at the front from owner and this new lady who works there now. Definitely left a bad taste as I truly love to support local and I’m friendly. I was planning on wearing this on my wedding day in a month as I remembered I had a tuxedo shirt only to find this error and all they can say is bring it in and pay for the service again.

I wish I saw the other persons review that’s in my photos this represents an accurate depiction of what I receive also. I have a dark closet and it remained in there suitcase covering. I will say my suit was cleaned ok though as I’m honest but my beautiful cotton shirt is destroyed.

Beware of hidden fees as they will rip you off. I dropped off a single polo shirt that should have cost me $9.50. When I went to pick it up, they charged me a “single shirt surcharge” of $3.50, plus an “luxury shirt fee” of another $3.50. They ended up charging me double. I’ve never heard of these charges nor did they mention them when you drop off your item.

They are THE BEST! I had an expensive white jacket at the bottom of my wardrobe for 3 months, as I had got white wine all over it, and a previous dry cleaner was unable to lift any stains. Sun King literally removed the stains completely and made the jacket brand new. It was my first time using them and they now have a new regular customer. They are also extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10!

Dry cleaning they’re excellent always spotless and on time. 5/5 But this time I used the tailor service…. Oh man do I have regrets leaving my suit last minute. She took an extra 2/3 inches off only 1 of my arm lengths and then on my jacket I don’t think she did anything. Absolute butcher job. In panic mood before my engagement party.

DO NOT USE THEM! I brought in a trench jacket for cleaning and it came back the exact same. They have the audacity to tell me the stains sat too long on the fabric and that it’s too special of a fabric to use their cleaners on and so it didn’t work. Even though the tag does not say dry clean only, and recommends washing on delicate. The stains were just some drink splashes with soap residue, and I still had dirt all around the cuffs. I was in shock after I payed 60$ !!!!! to get back a jacket I had to take home and oxy clean myself and put on delicate wash in a pillow case. Worst part, I asked for suggestions thinking a professional can advise on something I can do and they just said nope sorry, can’t use bleach on this. What a joke, it’s a jacket I asked you to clean, not some kitten I’m trying to keep alive. Scam !!!

The lady even helped us with our laundry and let us stay a bit later to ensure all our stuff was dry. Tessie was the one who helped us, she was so friendly and assisted us to speed up the process. Sun Dry Cleaning and Professional Alterations

This business is careless. I received my favourite silk skirt back discoloured across the front, with large, thick safety pins stuck directly through the silk satin waistband (a HIGHLY visible area) and the weight of the garment on the hanger borne by the pins (so, large holes). It was not stained before I brought it in, and the whitish discoloration seems chemical, rather than like a treatable stain. My other thin, fine skirt was similarly pinned, with similar large holes left in the waistband.

All my woolens were embedded with tiny white feathers/pieces of down that took me ages to carefully pick out and pull free from the fabric. It seems like they were tumbled with a leaking winter coat. The ribbon at the collar of my jacket was completely shredded and frayed to bits, and the tags were crushed and warped by thick stapled tags.

It's clear to me that the people who work here don't pay any attention to detail, or even the before-after of their work.

I'm heartbroken over my skirt, to be honest. I think this place is fine for dry-clean-only synthetics, but I will never bring delicate, sentimental natural fibre clothing here again. Expecting $120 worth of dry cleaning to come back looking clean, cared for, polished, and not more debris-embedded and stained than before (!!) is reasonable, I think. If something goes awry, it is also reasonable to expect some effort at rectification by the business, or at the very least a proactive comment when things are picked up. This place cannot meet those expectations.

One star for the bare minimum--not losing anything.

I brought a white dress with many stains to them, giving it 10% chance to be clean again. To my surprise, they completely remove all of them. The team are also super nice and friendly. Highly recommend them and feel lucky to live close by.

I recently realized a black leather purse was causing dye stains on my khaki coloured Burberry jacket that went all around the shoulder and under the armpit. I was very worried about this staining being permanent and of course was concerned about taking it to a dry cleaner that could handle the issue without damaging my coat. I had never been to Sun Dry Cleaning before but after doing lots of research chose them for their consistently positive reviews. I dropped my jacket in and while they made no promises other than doing their best I am thrilled with the results. They were able to remove so much of the staining and there is now only minor staining visible in the seams as they didn't want to risk damaging the fabric. Before I could see the black stains in a mirror from afar and now you would have to get up close to inspect it to see it in the few places it remains. The work was done within a week and for a very reasonable price (they didn't charge any extra to address the stains). Suffice to say, I will be trusting them with all my dry cleaning needs in the future! Thank you for saving my beloved jacket! (two photos with the marble counter are before and the rest are after)

I’ve been here a few times and have to say that they are the best I’ve been to in the GTA.

One time I needed an alteration for a dress I was wearing to a wedding the next day. They were able to accommodate a tight deadline, it was beautifully done, the price was affordable and the customer service was unmatched.

They’re always kind and friendly and do really great work. I’ll continue to come back and would highly recommend to anyone.

Use Gibson's a lot for clothing . Haven't had any issues at the Bloor village location. I thought I'd take my expensive winter boots for a clean . Pricing wasn't all that bad nor cheap either . $75 for the cleaning . I'm not impressed with the final product tho.The boots look like they were scrubbed and cleaned with a harsh brush and the brown leather is faded on different parts of the boot.

I brought a dress worth $650.00 and they ruined it.  They pressed the dress twice e when it should have been streamed.  This was for my son’s wedding.  The man never said anything other than it was pressed twice and difficult.  It they are a good dry cleaner they would know how to care for the dress. The team here did an amazing job taking it in at places that didn’t disrupt those details, and taking care of some stains and marks. I had to get a prom dress altered very last minute and the service was wonderful. I let them know the urgency of the dress and they got right to the job. My dress was altered in a week and fitted in a day. You can’t tell the dress has been altered and they were able to add padding in the dress that is unnoticeable. Qazal and the owner were very kind and patient while fitting my dress. They listened to what I wanted and fixed it promptly. The place is also very pretty and clean with nice sunlight and a lovely plant. Also, there is a private space where you are able to try on what has been altered, which is perfect. The conversation there is welcoming. You can tell the staff care, the owner came in on her day off to help fit my dress.
