Clean machines!  Nice staff.  Not busy on a Tuesday afternoon.  I found parking every time I left and returned (lots and lots of laundry).  I parked at the back with the entrance right there.

Change machine worked well.  Clothes came out smelling clean!  The large machines are helpful.

Folding area was useful for drying & folding.  You can see my picture, I took up alot of room but only one other person was there with me.

There is a washroom, but it's locked and I was there after the owner left, so couldn't use it.

If I could rate zero I would. Biggest rip off. Washers don't rinse soap off so I had to pay 2 more washes at 5.00 a wash. New large capacity dries have 1
00 minimum deposit and are supposed to to yield 12 minutes per 1.00 but only yield 10 minutes per dollar. I can't wait for my new washer and dryer. Never use this place.

I always come to this place with the previous owner and was great . With the new owner, it’s also great but I dislike the attendant spraying bleach on her laundry while we are inside  , no air circulation so we have to stay outside ( thanks God it was summer time). One thing more  is she takes dryers and large machine for herself while the shop is very busy . They should do their own laundry not on the peak hours to give way for customers doing laundry by themselves.

It's a really good place, just the washroom needs to be open as long as the place is open. I almost pooped myself because because the washroom is closed after a certain time & there is no other washrooms around to use & then you have to suffer or lose control & wet & or poop yourself. Customers should not have to suffer or lose control over having the washroom closed.

This is a dirty, disgusting place! The change machine is ripping all the customers off. Half the machines are out of order. ALL the machines are filthy with what looks like vommit in one. I highly recommend to stay far away. My machine broke & the staff used the same broken machine to re do my clothes. They were going to use it again a 3rd time but I refused. No common sense here! I'm reporting them to the health board.

I have been visiting the Centreville Laundromat since a month now and the service is great they have a great selection of washers and dryers and a coin machine. The manager is also very friendly and helpful.

We did a wash and fold service with them. I had to refold a lot of the clothes. They were wrinkled and poorly folded. Socks that had a matching pair were left unmatched at the bottom of the bag. Underwear was crumpled in a ball instead of flat. I added a photo of some shirts. I would add photos of the other clothes, socks, and underwear but I had already fixed them. It was a mediocre job.

I had an unexpected funeral to attend and desperately needed my husband’s clothes dry cleaned. I called a few places and no one could help me with express cleaning, including this location.

After telling me no,  the woman made a call on my behalf, called me back and gave me the option of having my clothes cleaned and ready to pick up in time for the funeral. I was so grateful!

Not only was she willing to accommodate us in our time of need but I was able to pick up his clothes 2 hours earlier than expected.

I had my mother's white jacket cleaned they got out all the stains. I was so impressed I went back because I trusted them. I just recently brought a 30 year old communion dress that had a lot of pasta stains on it.  When I picked up the dress I broke out crying - they had taken out every stain. The dress looked brand new. I was so impressed!!! This business is so professional and the staff is always friendly. I will definitely be giving my business to them. They made my day. Take care.

If I could give them (minus) -stars, I would! This company does NOT know how to conduct business in a friendly, understanding manner. My husband did service on their boiler and they refused to pay the invoice, sending us a nasty rude email. They obviously wanted free service and to get that, they complained about his not being able to find the problem right away. We've been in business for over 20 years and never had this level of blatant rudeness from a customer before. I am totally disgusted with this company and will let everyone know what their lack of morals are like.

I would never go to this place again. if you see this review i’d advise never to go there and find somewhere else. This is by far the worst place i’ve ever had come across. The customer service way out of hand. At first you buy into the lovely old man at first thinking he’s very nice and the prices were high but because they’ve won awards me and my mom decided to go and bring in our moose knuckle jackets. These jackets can cost from around $1000-$2000 dollars. we brought ours in for a cleaning. he told us come back in 2-3 days. I bring the jackets home later to open them and find damage to both the jackets. We bring them back and he said that his employees must’ve put them in the wash with many others. He said that he will get them fix and for us to come back in 3 days. My mom asked what if they aren’t better and he said that if they aren’t better he will give us money in return or we will later on discuss. We come back and not a single thing has been done about it. He than says that they will do free replacing from where we got it. So we drove two hours out and they said they can’t replace the goods that are damaged and that if we went to a dry cleaning place they would have to come in themselves. We go back explain it he than tells us to get out of the store because my mom was proving him right and making sure he was put in his spot. My mom had told him that she asked him twice when we first brought them in that she would like to take the goods of the jacket. He said no and that it was included in the wash. My mom refused to leave the store because he didn’t give us anything in return even though he damaged the hoods. He then said that he was going to call the police if my mom didn’t leave. so he called the police and he started yelling at my mom and saying how my mom raised her voice first however she didn’t. My mom was obviously mad who wouldn’t be? he than proceeded to call the police and he then LOCKED us in the store just me and my mom there locked it from the outside. He comes back in saying how he can try and make something work and that he’ll think about giving us some money. i asked for 1000 because these jackets are high quality and very expensive. 1000 only would’ve covered one jacket and i was gonna let my mom by a jacket for herself while i worked to make money to buy another jacket. I’m only 15 i had saved up all my money from working to buy myself that jacket for all my hard work to get ruined. He called me a day after saying he was going to take the hoods to a professional to get them cleaned. i come back and only one of them were better while the other one was still stained. He proceeded to yell at both my parents this time and told us never to come back to his cleaners.

Very disappointed. Angry actually! I had my daughter’s baptism dress dry cleaned but never got it back. I have to admit I did forget to pick it up and some time has passed but they claimed that I did pick it up July of 2017 .  If I so called picked it up July 2017 that would mean my daughter would have been not even 1 years old! Gentleman began to tell me his system is NEVER wrong!!! I laughed as my daughter communion was April 2024. I’m livid and don’t know how this can be rectified!

The young guy working is lovely to deal with and very helpful. It was nice not needing to worry about quarters that they will let you debit and give you quarters needed. 4 large loads washer and dryer was very reasonable in my opinion. I would come back again!

The laundry manager was very helpful with our queries and highly recommend this place for a quick, awesome clean experience.

This was my 1st time using the delivery service. I have never used a service like this before. Sunshine made it so easy and explained everything. The guys came and picked up my laundry on Monday and were very friendly and my clothes came back washed and folded and smelling amazing 3 days later. The cost was no different than what I pay in my buildings laundry mat but this way I don't have to do it. I will definitely be using them from now on as this saves me time and they were great. It's overly disappointing that more then half the machines are always down,
The price increase to the triple load is embarassing as maitence isn't occuring here ,
There's more dryers down the working.
About half the washers works...
We've had issues with the change machines being down and not working.
We used to love this laundry matt but now it seems if you have more then a single load it burdens everyone else and wastes there time..

Hopefully we see change and better care soon

I wanted to share what a lovely experience I had when bringing my large ruggable to cherry hill laundromat. I put it in the machine and left to do my errands. When I came back to check on it, the owner told me that the load was off balance and it was having a hard time spinning. She recommended adding towels, but I had none. So the sweet girl took her own towels to add to the load to help it out. She then started the machine for free for me to run it again. When it was complete, I planned to take the rug home to dry but it was raining. So she ran a dryer for me for free as well, bless her heart. I did not expect to receive such incredible service at a laundromat of all places, but that dear sweet girl made my day.

Great place to stop if traveling as an RV can fit at the side of the lot.

Negatives include non functional WiFi, few seating options, and locked bathrooms.

Been using this laundromat for over a year. Machines are always broken and seems like the care to repair isn't top priority. Now they jacked cost of single load from $4 to $5.50 and $6 if it's heavy soil or hot water selection. Going to be going elsewhere after tonight.

It's really gone downhill recently. It used to be great but recently it's not being maintained. Half the machines are out of order and the ones that do claim to work are filthy and full of old soap etc. The bathroom has been locked off too and the prices gone up. Booked this company to clean some upholstery today in our condo - and the work done by their guy, Alex, was next level.  Actually, we were blown away by the service we received.  A French tufted cream linen headboard (installed some 18 years past) was definitely showing its age, and had become badly discoloured.  Alex spent a good couple of hours deep cleaning it and it's as good as new.  This guy is OUTSTANDING. Million star service!

i thought its time to throw mattress after cat pissed on it many times but decided to give dry chemical cleaning a try. Was able to schedule cleaning for next day, guy from AMI service showed up on time and finished the job within 2h - mattress looks brand new now, amazing 5 stars from me!

Can’t recommend enough!! It was my first time using a dry cleaner ever and they got out a stain in my white pair of pants that had been dried on for WEEKS. I’m talking I washed this pair and dried it several times trying to get a severe food stain out without luck and they had this pair of jeans sparkling whiter than ever!

I also left them a dress shirt which seems to have been nicely washed and pressed!

I called around a bunch of dry cleaners and this one seems to have the best price for value ratio. Amazing small business!

Do not trust them with expensive clothing. A Canada Goose Winter Jacket was damaged. Customer Service was horrible and dishonest! BTW, Very typical reply from the owner. Everyone could see their true color! Zero honesty, Zero Responsibility, Zero Warranty. Law suit is coming next!!!

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience here. When I initially dropped off my curtains, I was quoted $30 for hemming. However, upon returning to pick them up, I was suddenly told the price was $45. This unexpected increase felt deceptive. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to get any quotes in writing to avoid similar issues. Additionally, the staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional, which only added to my frustration. Overall, this was an untrustworthy and unpleasant experience.

I brought in three standard two-piece suits for dry cleaning and was told one price at drop-off, but charged significantly more at pickup. When I brought it up, Michelle — the store owner — was rude and dismissive, showing no interest in addressing the issue. It’s disappointing to experience that kind of attitude from someone running the business. I won’t be returning due to the poor customer service and lack of pricing transparency.

Thanks to the wonderful ladies at the front and the ones I didn’t get see in the back made my situation go from dire/stressful to beyond grateful and relieved. I would put my faith in them 100 times over. To make it worse it was a very last minute problem that they took in stride and accommodated no questions asked.  Thank you!!!!

I brought in a Canada goose jacket for a cleaning. The day came for me to arrive and when I did my jacket was in a way worse state than when I first brought it in. (Minor/small food stain on sleeve turned into a big white patch across most the forearm). After requesting a refund because I wanted to take it elsewhere to get done. Michelle reassured me that they aren’t perfect and that they will do their best to fix the issue. So me having already been doing years of business with them felt trusting enough to give them another try and it did get better but still wasn’t 100% cleaned like she said it would be. Maybe there is new management now or something, but they have lost a long time customer and if I were anybody else I wouldn’t bring anything of value over there. I tried to call and see if they could fix the issue before writing this review but got nothing but voicemail. Any clothing you care about take elsewhere!

Told me my dress would be ready in three days. Came two weeks later to pick it up and he said I needed to wait another two weeks for my dress to be clean. I said I couldn’t wait that long so he went and fished it out of a bin. He had it for over two weeks and never even attempted to clean it. AVOID if you need product as promised.

When I took dry- cleaned dress shirt out of plastic to put on, noticed there was a couple of inch tear around the pocket. They should have stepped up and mentioned it when I picked it up.

I left my wedding dress here to get dry cleaned before my wedding, as there were small visible marks on it that I wanted removed. Yes, the turnaround is quick for dry cleaning and the price is very reasonable, but $240 later, nothing changed about the dress. When picking up the dress, I reiterated to the owner if everything was able to come off, and he said yes. Unfortunately, I did not check the dress until a few days before the wedding as I wanted to keep it protected with the plastic from the dry cleaning since I trusted their word. I ended up finding that the marks I wanted gone were still there. It's as if my dress wasn't even touched. I did not go back with my dress to show them the problem as I did not have enough time left before the wedding to get this fixed. Now that my wedding has passed, I will consider any other dry cleaners to do a much better job restoring my wedding dress.

I was in Waterloo for a short visit, I was looking for a decent laundromat and I got lucky 🍀🤩..the place is clean and safe and the lady who works there is very nice, she makes you comfortable and she will change the coins you need 👍 If you need cash there is an ATM machine in the convenient store attached to the shop.

Just got to be a little patient with a slight language barrier. However, Super friendly Staff! They get the job done and well. Quick service and cheap prices!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I have a wedding in one hour and just took my brand new dress out of the bag and it is extremely damaged. I cannot believe it. They said nothing to me when I picked it up, the dishonesty is unbelievable.

One star is too high, but I had to give something to leave a review. Quick Cleaners used to be great. Quality, price, value for service. They cared and took pride in their work.  I'm not sure what happened, but over the last few months or so I can't say what I used to. My dirty laundry looked better dirty than it does after getting washed and folded by the staff here.

This is the best place in town for getting pants hemmed or getting clothes altered. I've been going here now for almost 2 years. Friendly kind service and things are usually ready the next day. I also think the prices are very reasonable. May not be the  most aesthetically pleasing place but it's a family run business and they do a good job.

Very quiet laundromat which is nice. Machines are older some are out of service but those in services, specifically the dryers, work like a dream.

Nikita is one of the kindest human beings I have ever met. He alone made my visit.

I like this place a lot. Today Olena told me how to wash my favorite jacket so that it does not spoil.
Excellent people there who are always friendly. There's also book sharing. Nice atmosphere with good music.

A convenient little place to do your laundry. Its close to a lot of multi unit houses that need access to such facilities and for people like myself with who sometimes need to do a lot of laundry at once. Be warned as it is smaller there are not a lot of large machines and can easily be taken up by one or two people, arrive early or try to do your laundry not during peak times to avoid this.
Seating space is not very comfortable or plentiful. If you have hip or back issues you may want to bring something to put on the hard bench or sit in your car while waiting

Good little laundromat. The big dryers are convenient for larger loads. A bit pricy, however, at $4.50 a wash.

Washers small, even the largest one is so small if you’re washing blankets and all. After 40 mins in the dryer the clothes still were damp. The place got very busy and hardly had any room
To fold the clothes. I just tried this one randomly but yeah not a good experience. The washers also weren’t cleaned as they had hair in them
. The guy working there though was very nice.

Machinery malfunctions happen sometimes but what matters is how the problem is resolved for a customer who is unsatisfied. Initially I was upset and gave a bad rating.
