From booking to collection and return of the laundry was great. Kept fully informed throughout the process. Super king sized duvet washed dried and returned within a few hours is impressive.

Bit late on reviewing. I have used Wash cycle a couple times and each time they have been brilliant. We had a very large order of clothes to wash and they handled it so professionally. All delivered washed, dried and neatly folded back. Would recommend 100%

I had my jacket dry cleaned by Vlad and I’m extremely happy with the service. The jacket came back looking as good as new, perfectly clean. It was delivered to my home on a coat hanger and in a clear protective bag to keep it fresh.

The whole process was very professional, and as you can see from the attached picture, the presentation was excellent. Vlad was polite, customer-oriented, and made the whole experience effortless. Highly recommend!

Excellent and friendly service. I had my wedding dress cleaned - I thought it was ruined by all the grass stains but they got them all out and it was like good as new - I’m extremely grateful. Also had a white dress with red wine stain which I thought was ruined but again, good as new!! My husbands tuxedo and suit also came back perfect condition. As a laundrette virgins, it turns out to be a pretty easy experience... the staff member was very helpful, especially as we didn't have a clue. It cost £5 for a small load machine, or £6.60 for a larger washing machine, and an hour to complete washing. Then it's £1 per 10 minutes in the tumble dryer, which could have done with a little longer in the dryer, but that was our fault. Bare in mind that they only take cash, but they, they will give you change.

You need to say you are closed on a Monday.  Sign in window says you are open 7 days week 10 - 3pm.  Stood outside for ages waiting for you to open.  Had to go elsewhere.

Best laundry service not just in South Wales but in the whole of the South West! Superb service, friendly, efficient and helpful. I run events anywhere from Swansea to Plymouth and all points in between with varying laundry requirements and Wash Inn is the best. If only other cities has a Wash Inn my life would be easier😁 Highest recommendation deserves more than just 5🌟

It was a great new experience for us. The place was very clean, calm, and well-organised with no rush at all. The lady who assisted us was extremely helpful and kind. We truly appreciated the smooth and pleasant service.

Great service here. Been using this laundry for a few weeks for a service wash & dry. Dropping off at 9.00am, always ready by 2.00pm, dry folded & packed - Could not ask for a better Service

Been coming to this laundrette for a month or so now and it's by far the nicest I've found. The staff are all really friendly and will give all the help you need/leave you to it to read a book if you've got one.  (Generous medium) wash and dry for a tenner, there's a telly to keep you occupied, and comfy sofas. No funny smelling dryers here! Always very pleased with wash, price, and service. :)

Good facilities and staff but why do I have to pay a flat £6 fee for a set drying time? It's a rip off and a waste of energy. I can do my drying elsewhere for £4

My washing machine is broken, so I popped here to get some washing done.  It's £6 for a full load (bigger than a standard washing washing), and a wash only takes 30 minutes.

There were lovely people in there too (staff and customers), and the time just whizzed by, while we chatted!  Would totally recommend this place - it's super clean and friendly :)

They were the only laundromat open tonight when I was looking for one, but I was so pleasantly surprised. Very clean and well looked after, the owner was so so lovely helping me with all the machines and even coins because I was unfamiliar with them. Would highly recommend

Cardiff was the final stop of our vacation throughout Europe, and we needed a self-serve laundry that takes credit cards as we were out of cash. We found Drift-In by searching online and asking the hotel front desk (Clayton Hotel). You have the option to drop off or stay and do-it-yourself.  Costs in June 2023 were £7 for a large washer and £1 for 8-minute dry. A full load including jeans took £5 to dry with a bit of dampness remaining. They offer detergent pods and dryer sheets for sale, though I don't remember the costs. They have quite enough laundry baskets, but they do not have a table to use when folding your laundry. The vending machine takes coins, but there is a small store next door where we bought water. You never know whom you will meet in a local place like this. I had a great conversation with a local lady about politics, guns in America, poverty in both countries, etc. It was great meeting you! Also, thanks to Anthony, the guy working on that day. I told you I would leave a review! Cheers.

Lovely little launderette only 15 minutes walk from Cardiff Carasol.Launderette was bright and clean.Machines smelt fresh ( which shows signs of regular cleaning) For around £10 for a medium wash for stinky clothes well worth it.A gentleman on hand to supply change.help with the machines,they also sell detergent and dryer sheets at a reasonable price

the owner is so nice, they helped us to use the machine because we were not familiar with that. it's so affordable for us because we are student! thank you sir😆
